This aptly named vacation rental home sums up this unique property quite well since the multiple views of the glistening gulf and the sparkling serenity of an exotic coastal dune lake are quite stunning. It has a premier placement at the Destiny Beach Villas along side of one of the most prestigious residential communities in all of Destin. Although most of the regal residences in the exclusive neighborhoods of Destin are large multi-million dollar homes, this little enclave is comprised of two story duplexes nestled in between the sugar white beach and Four Prong Lake.

However, All About the View is a unique property that features an extensive custom design, which combines the space into one individual home with guest quarters downstairs and a spacious living area above. The two Master Bedrooms on the first floor level include a full private luxury bath en suite. Each one hosts a comfortable king size bed with a wall mounted TV and has its own porch overlooking the sensational scenery. The Master Suite in the front looks out toward the beautiful beach while the other faces the serene coastal dune lake. On the second floor level a spacious open living area has breezy balconies that span across the front and back offering the same vivid views. The lush landscaping is adorned on all sides with clusters of towering Royal Palm trees that provide an enchanting tropical setting. The interiors in the open living area have fashionable vibrantly colored contemporary decorative art and comfortable furnishings. The couch conveniently doubles as a queen sleeper sofa for additional or visiting guests. A vaulted ceiling and walls of windows provide a bright sunny ambiance while showcasing the tropical world beyond that includes the shimmering lake and glistening gulf. A sitting area includes a TV for entertainment and a long bar that faces out towards the gulf allows you to arrange savory appetizers and serve favorite tropical drinks. A full bath is also on this floor which serves as a convenient powder room. The kitchen boasts gleaming state of the arts appliances that will serve every need if you're in the mood to create a fun feast on those evenings when you decide to dine in. A rectangular glass topped table between the open kitchen and living area has six chairs for dining.

The Destiny Beach Villas have a large central community pool. Within less two minutes you can go from taking a refreshing plunge in the pool to floating around in the glowing emerald toned waters of the gulf. This highly sought after location is near beachfront restaurants with friendly beach bars along Scenic Highway 98 and one of the most popular known as The Crab Trap is directly across the street. Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer outlet center in the nation, is close by in Miramar Beach while the giant Disneyesque Destin Commons retail complex is also nearby. Delicious dining establishments, lively bars, free concerts, specialty boutiques and seasonal festivals are minutes away at Destin's Harborwalk Village and at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and from Christmas to the end March.
