This magnificent vacation residence in fashionable Crystal Shores of Destin received a dazzling and massive remodel in 2023 making the home more updated and welcome. All six bedrooms have been updated, all bathrooms remodeled, and a new open concept state of the art kitchen now faces the family area. This vacation home offers all new Samsung Smart TV's throughout and includes a converted 8'x25' saltwater pool. The extensive embellishments also include new landscaping, upscale furnishings, fresh paint, and a widened brick paved driveway that easily accommodates six permitted vehicles for large family beach reunions.

The highly hospitable home has a premier position situated directly across the street from the glorious gulf. Two sets of expansive upper level covered balconies span across the entire width to take full advantage of this sought after locale. They provide lovely tropical views of the glittering jewel toned waters with direct balcony access from a Primary Suite and Guest Bedroom on the top level as well as the open living area on the second floor.

A columned open veranda on the first floor faces the sparkling swimming pool, which includes multiple seating ensembles with tables for drinks and dining poolside. A white picket fence beside it overlooks a lush green lawn, clusters of towering palms, and indigenous plants that showcase a terrific tropical setting. A large lagoon shaped community pool and the sugary white sand beach are just a short stroll away. Guest quarters on the private poolside level include wonderfully appointed bedrooms with decorative art and direct access to the pool patio. A full bath serves both bedrooms and provides a convenient powder room near the pool.

The open living area on the second floor features a wraparound couch that faces a large TV mounted on a decorative wall with a gleaming white pebble patterned surface. A thick honey-toned hardwood topped table near the open kitchen has six tropically inspired raised straw woven side chairs flanked by square straw stools at each end. A triple set of simple beaded chandeliers, large seahorse wall sculptures, paintings of wild herons, and tropical silk plants provide an enchanting coastal ambiance. The kitchen has plenty of creamy white custom cabinetry for treats and new brushed stainless steel appliances to create fun family feasts. A charming Guest Bedroom in this level has warm cottage styled furnishings that include a king-sized bed and access to a full hall bath.

The elegant Primary Bedroom Suite, a beautiful Guest Bedroom and a twin bunk room on the top level each have direct access to the furnished balcony to enjoy the gorgeous gulf views. The Primary Bedroom and one Guest Bedroom have king-sized beds. The Primary Suite includes a private luxury bath while a full hall bath serves the other two bedrooms.

This excellent Crystal Beach location is minutes away from popular restaurants along Scenic Highway 98 including Staci's on the Beach and Camille's, which are within walking distance. Grocery stores, wine outlets, restaurants, bars, specialty shops, and other amusements are also very close by at Destin Commons.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the week of Thanksgiving.
