It is a splendid four-level vacation home that includes six bedrooms with ensuite baths, three wide verandas, and a rooftop viewing deck. Two additional bedrooms, a kitchen, a beautifully appointed living area, and Game Room are located in a poolside Guest House. The multiple living areas, kitchens, and separate quarters provide room for everyone so that multiple members of your beach party all have their own space.

The angled pool is studded with palm trees and positioned in between the main residence and two-story guest house. A Game Room located on the lower level of the Guest House is literally steps away from the pool. It includes a Billiards Table, a convenient Wet Bar, a large QLED flatscreen TV with a surround sound system for music along with a comfortable seating area. Upstairs a balcony provides views of the pool below. The adjacent living room hosts a white cloth wraparound couch and matching armchair that faces a large flatscreen TV mounted on a shiplap wall, while a dining nook has intimate seating with four chairs. The open kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinetry to serve guests' needs. A full hall bath serves a charming white cottage styled Guest Bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a Bunk Room that includes twin beds with flatscreen TVs in both.

The main house has a covered seating area overlooking the pool and a powder room for outdoor use. The second level includes a den and nice open kitchenette off the upscale comfortably furnished Guest Bedrooms, which are done in crisp white colors that define coastal elegance. All of them include private ensuite luxury baths and flatscreen TVs for evening viewing pleasure. Two of them have king-sized beds, while one of them also has its own romantic balcony. The other Guest Bedroom has two queen-sized beds with cream-colored tufted cloth headboards that provide a regal look. Lovely beach-inspired décor throughout this home features prints of tropical plants, seascapes, and sailboats.

The third floor's main open living area has a bright, spacious look accentuated by tall ceilings, loads of windows, and glass doors to a balcony with seating that overlooks the pool. The living area portion has three white couches providing a convivial seating area that faces an extra-large flatscreen TV for that "must-see" game. The amazing modern open kitchen features a long bar with straw topped stools that beckon you to relax, drinking favorite beverages, and enjoying savory appetizers. A huge French styled brushed stainless steel side by side refrigerator/freezer, white floor to ceiling custom cabinetry, and lots of counter space provide everything you need for a fun family feast. An enchanting cottage styled Breakfast Nook along with a separate dining room nearby both feature beaded vintage chandeliers for a beach styled look with plenty of seating for everyone. Another Guest Bedroom on this level has a king-sized bed, a luxurious ensuite bath, and a private balcony where you may enjoy the views.

A nicely furnished Bonus Den, the Master Bedroom, another Guest Bedroom, and a Bunk Room are on the fourth floor. The spacious Master Suite includes a king-sized bed, its own romantic viewing balcony as well as the ensuite bath. This luxurious bath adorned with white marble throughout has double vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a separate shower. The Guest Bedroom and a Bunk Room share another luxuriously appointed bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. This level connects to an open furnished rooftop deck that provides glorious views of the gulf.

This outstanding locale in Miramar Beach is close to grocery stores, wine shops, and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which features discounts on designer wear. Loads of restaurants, friendly bars, fashion boutiques, specialty stores, family amusements, fun festivals, and exciting seasonal firework displays are minutes away at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf, as well as swank Grand Boulevard.
