Perched on the 11th floor of the Majestic Sun, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers sweeping Gulf views and stylish comfort for up to 8 guests. Majestic Sun 1111B invites you to wake up to the shimmering turquoise water each morning and unwind in the evenings to the glow of breathtaking sunsets—all from the privacy of your own furnished balcony. Whether you're planning a romantic escape or a family getaway, this Miramar Beach retreat blends scenic beauty with modern convenience.

Inside, a bright and open floor plan welcomes you with coastal-inspired décor and thoughtful touches throughout. The living area features a plush sofa and love seat arranged around a large Smart TV—ideal for relaxing together after a day on the sand. The sofa also converts into a queen sleeper, offering extra space for guests. A spacious dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of seating, while the kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, and cooking tools—everything you need to enjoy meals at home.

The Primary suite includes a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bath—complete with the gentle sound of Gulf waves just beyond your door. The guest bedroom is great for families, offering two sets of bunk beds, including a full/twin combo, and direct access to the shared hall bath. A full-size laundry area adds convenience, especially for longer stays.

From your front door, it’s just a short walk to the sugar-white sand and emerald surf, with a convenient crosswalk along the way to guide you safely to the beach access. Once there, guests can rent seasonal beach service or watersports gear for a day of paddleboarding or jet skiing. Directly on the sand, The Whale’s Tail offers laid-back beachfront dining and refreshing drinks—perfect for a casual lunch or catching the sunset with your toes still in the sand.

Back at the resort, Majestic Sun guests enjoy a long list of amenities, including a heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, and a fitness center. Golfers and tennis enthusiasts can take advantage of discounted rates at the Seascape Golf Course and tennis courts, located right on the resort grounds. For dining, drinks, sweet treats, and family-friendly entertainment, the nearby Seascape Towne Centre offers a walkable collection of local favorites. And just a short drive away, Silver Sands Premium Outlets feature over 100 designer and name-brand stores—perfect for a little vacation shopping. All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk and Twin Bunk + Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

We had a great time at Majestic Sun 1111B!

The highlight of our stay was definitely the incredible view from the balcony—it’s oceanfront and absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy our morning coffee, and watch the waves roll in. Check-in was a breeze, and the location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The condo was just as described, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with the host was friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a beachfront getaway in Destin!

Great place with the best view

We really enjoyed the stay here with the best view of the beach and just steps away from the pristine beach. We love the convince of parking and the value of the space for the price . Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you need . Balcony was way bigger than we imagined with the best place to watch and relax with the best view of the beach. We would be back again .

Great location and views

Great view of the ocean and in a great pedestrian friendly area. Main room isn't huge, but it worked well for our family of 4. Lots of pots, pans and kitchen tools so it was easy to cook meals. We'd stay here again!

Gulf Views & A Short Walk to the Beach!

I have stayed in December for several years. I love being able to see the gulf from the balcony and it a short walk to get to the beach. I love to swim so the heated pool is something I enjoy very much. I recommend staying in Majestic Sun at Seascape.

Is laundry included in the room?

We have good news and bad news. First the good - yes, a private washer & dryer are provided in Majestic Sun 1111B. Now for the bad - yes, you'll be doing laundry on vacation!

Is surface parking available? We have a high top conversion van.

Yes, there is first-come, first-serve surface parking right next to the Majestic Sun. For high-top conversion vans, there is additional surface parking behind the parking garage as well.

Would we be able to add one additional night to our reservation?

The majority of our properties reserve on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Once we are within 30 days from your arrival date, we can typically become flexible with this date restriction. To check on adding an additional night to your reservation, please give us a call. We'd love to help!

Is all of the bedding washed between stays? Comforters included?

Answer:

As a valued guest, you can anticipate a clean environment every time you come to enjoy the beach with our company. All bedding, including comforters and duvets, are washed between stays. We have also implemented heightened cleaning procedures in our properties as recommended by the CDC. In addition to our ongoing rigorous cleaning standards, increased focus has been directed to cleansing high-touch point areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, handrails, remotes, and doorknobs.

Does the unit have beach chairs and umbrellas?

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. See you soon!

Is there a hair dryer in the bathroom?

Hair dryers are not provided. You may also want to pack additional disposable goods and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.
