The pool patio is studded with palm trees for a wonderful tropical ambiance. A multi-toned paver stone patio has lounge chairs, an umbrella table along with a grill inviting you to enjoy some relaxing cookouts, drinks, and dining poolside. This lovely home also include four complimentary bicycles making exploring the outdoors a breeze!

Although this vacation home is contemporary, it is styled with Vintage Modern furnishings and features vibrant Floridian flair. Paintings, prints, and decorative art throughout display colorful shells, fish wall sculptures, a mermaid angel, a giant crab, abstracts as well as a serene forested coastal dune lake setting. Rich hardwood flooring flows throughout, and three bedrooms all have white shiplap walls for a warm cottage feel. The open living area is light and bright, with a row of windows that look out onto the columned front porch entry. A dark, handsome wraparound leather couch, an accent chair, and a salmon-colored armchair provide a comfortable, convivial seating arrangement. They face a wall-mounted Flatscreen TV for evening entertainment or that "must-see" game. The open state of the art kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinetry, and thickly veined marble countertops. A kitchen island in the center has four raise Vintage Modern black seats with unique half backs and gleaming steel frames, which are quite striking. It provides a perfect place to gather for favorite drinks and snacks when not out by the pool.

The Master Bedroom includes a full en suite bath with a walk-in shower. It has a king-sized bed flanked by two ship lantern lights for a nautical effect and faces a wall-mounted Flatscreen TV for night time viewing pleasure. The two Guest Bedrooms share a full hall bath with a tub shower combination. One Guest Room has a lovely simple cottage styled look with a queen-sized bed, which is also flanked by ship lantern lights, and a wall-mounted Flatscreen TV. The other Guest Bedroom is great for kids since it is a colorful bunk room with its own Flatscreen TV to keep them busy—a twin and full-sized bed sleep a total of three.

This great Frangista Beach location is close to popular Gulf-front restaurants that dot the dazzling coast here. Two of them are within walking distance, including The Whale's Tail. This casual, laid-back sun deck restaurant usually has a fun volleyball game in progress. And, The Royal Palm Grill with Gulf view dining and a friendly beach bar. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special discounted rates at Seascape next door for a championship golf course, professional tennis courts, and recreational watersport rentals or parasailing. This location is also near grocery stores, wine shops, and bargain shopping for world-class goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the nation's largest designer discount centers. Many restaurants, lively bars, specialty boutiques, free concerts, festivals, and delightful family amusements are also close by at Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.
