This beautiful beachfront home in the prestigious residential community of Frangista Beach is Pet-Friendly and can accommodate up to eight fortunate guests along with your pampered pooch. The stately three-story vacation rental has a premier position overlooking the glorious Gulf of Mexico beside the palm-lined portion of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. Each one of the three levels has a beachfront balcony that provides gorgeous views of the jewel-toned Gulf as far as the eye can see. It also comes with double living areas, which are located on the first and second levels.

The first level of Pet Sand features a comfortably furnished den with two chairs and a couch that can convert to a queen-sized sleeper sofa, which faces the sparkling views, as well as a wall mounted TV. A full bath and a Wet Bar are conveniently available since you may want to enjoy cocktails on the beach balcony that also comes with a refreshing plunge pool. The private beach below also comes with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas during the summer season.

The main living, kitchen, and dining areas on the second floor are elegantly appointed with an eye towards comfort. Rich honey-toned hardwood flooring flows throughout. Stylish floor to ceiling drapes frame three sets of glass doors that showcase the sensational seascape and lead to the comfortably furnished balcony. Another wraparound couch and two tropically inspired straw woven chairs share these views as well as a large TV for that "must see" game or entertainment. The charming cottage styled open kitchen has creamy white beadboard custom cabinetry with glass breakfronts, stainless steel appliances, and sleek black granite countertops. One Guest Bedroom on this level has chic ebony burnished furnishings with a queen-sized bed that sits alongside a sunny window looking out upon the palm trees. It has easy access to a full hall bath that also serves as a powder room.

The Master Bedroom and another Guest Bedroom are on the top level featuring full private baths for each suite. The Master Suite faces the glowing Gulf and has its own romantic balcony to relish the vivid views and listen to the sensual surf sounds. Upscale richly woven outdoor furniture provides comfortable cushioned seating to enjoy the heavenly views. Its private bath has double vanities, a soaking tub, and separate shower room.  The Guest Suite has a king-sized bed beside a window looking down upon palm tree tops, and a full bath with a marble topped vanity and tub with shower.

This fantastic Frangista Beach location is beside the beach and also near a landscaped community "oasis" that includes a refreshing pool, lovely patio, showers, dressing areas, and bathroom facilities. You are minutes away from favorite beachfront restaurants with friendly bars, including Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail, which are a short beach stroll away. Ocean Reef Resorts guests enjoy reduced rates for golf, tennis, and watersports at nearby Seascape. Grocery stores,  wine outlets, and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets are conveniently close. Restaurants, specialty shops, lively bars, concerts, and fun festivals are also minutes away at the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

First Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Tub/Shower Combo + Patio Access, Wet Bar. 

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking. 

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
