This place was so close to the ocean, you are literally on the dune’s. Feet from the beach/ ocean. The home was perfect in every way. Great house on the sand of Miramar

House has great views of the beach and of course easy access as you are directly on the beach. House is in a gated community and even though there is a public beach access right by the house, it's just for the surrounding community, not the general public.

Perfect in every way

From rental process (check in and check out) the process was easy. We even received reminders the evening before the 2 garbage pickups! The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of nice bath towels (unusual!!). Highly recommend this property and Ocean Reef (mgmt co.)

Lovely family beach stay!

Answer:

We love our "fur babies" at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, Snowdrift isn't pet-friendly. Good news, we do offer a vast selection of properties that are pet friendly. However, if you can board your pet - this is a great home for your vacation!

What items are provided with the home?

Answer:

We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths. You will want to bring your own beach towels, as we do not provide them. Our properties are furnished with enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish-washing detergent, and bar soap. Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

What beach equipment is provided with the setup and are there extra chairs to use in the house?

Snowdrift comes with complimentary beach service, including two chairs and one umbrella provided seasonally from March through October. If additional set-ups are needed, you can reserve them directly through the beach service provider. See you soon!

Are we allowed to have a small wedding reception (10-15 people) at the house?

Congratulations on your wedding! Unfortunately, Snowdrift is not an event-friendly home so we are unable to authorize a reception. Please give us a call to discuss alternate options for your big day!

Is it a private beach?

Snowdrift is a Gulf-front home with private beach access provided, however, other homes in the Snowdrift Beach community have access to the neighboring boardwalk, so there is potential for some spillover. Be sure to bring the sunscreen!
