NatureWalk

NatureWalk is a meticulously designed 155-acre residential 30A neighborhood surrounded by an expansive natural preserve known as the Point Washington State Forest. It is aptly named due to the lush tropical landscaping and nature trails that meander through this upscale subdivision. The flourishing forests include an abundance of towering pine trees, palmetto palms, magnolias, and live oak trees dotted with exotic Coastal Dune Lakes. These natural lakes are very rare and are found hardly anywhere else in the entire world. The creek-like estuaries across the dunes create an exotic mixture of salted and fresh artisan spring-fed waters that support a vast amount of wildlife, fish, and waterfowl.

A charming covered bridge provides entrance into this lovely South Walton enclave with numerous cottages, bungalows, and Americana exteriors. These homes evoke a warm nostalgic feel of the bygone golden years. Paver stone driveways face inviting covered porches lighted by coach lamps. Two-story residences include three to five bedrooms with the ability to accommodate up to fourteen beach-ready guests.

Scenic walkways and wide bike trails span throughout the neighborhood, connecting a lovely lagoon with forest vistas. The center of NatureWalk is called “The Gathering Place,” which has a large, multiply-angled swimming pool and a bubbling hot tub. A spacious sun deck is completed with paver stone and adorned with tropical palm trees. There is also a splash pool and a long lap pool available for avid swimmers. A big poolside pavilion includes an entertainment bar where folks gather to enjoy favorite drinks. The extended patio contains covered and open-air tables with gas grills available for families and friends to enjoy an outdoor cookout. A fun playground and putting green is provided for both kids and adults. The gorgeous beach is just a short bike ride away from this neighborhood.

This outstanding Santa Rosa Beach location is minutes away from the Grayton Beach State Park, which was recently reported as one of the most beautiful beaches in America. Relaxing nature trails allow you to spot White-Tailed Deer, Gopher Tortoises, Red-headed Woodpeckers, Falcons, American Bald Eagles, White Egrets, Great Blue Herons, and wild Mallard Ducks. NatureWalk is also close to abundant amusements at picture-perfect coastal villages. The internationally renowned iconic community of Seaside is one of them. It features a wide array of charming fashion boutiques, specialty shops, art galleries, restaurants with friendly bars, free musical concerts, unique family amusements, fun year-round festivals, and exciting seasonal firework displays.
