Cinnamon Fern has a wide columned veranda that graciously welcomes arrivals and matches the handsomely furnished porch above. The interiors have plush cocoa colored furniture that is richly accented by maple syrup toned hardwood flooring that flows throughout. A couch and love seat in the living area face a flat screen TV. This warm room extends into the open bright kitchen that has gleaming state of the arts stainless steel appliances. A granite counter bar has three raised chairs where favorite drinks and savory snacks may be served. Nearby a dark chocolate colored dining table with six elegant chairs is located in a charming alcove with three sets of windows. The downstairs includes one of the lovely bedroom suites which has a king size bed and private bath. A half bath off the hall serves as a convenient powder room.

A railed open staircase leads to the upstairs which includes the Master Bedroom with a king size bed and a full private bath en suite. The luxurious bath has a sleek granite topped dressing table with double vanity sinks and a walk in shower. The two other Guest Bedrooms are upstairs as well. One has custom built full size bunk beds, providing a perfect place for kids. The other bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and both guest quarters have access to the full hall bathroom. There is also an upstairs den off the bedrooms, which is nicely furnished and includes built-in shelving with a flat screen TV. There is direct access to the upstairs balcony where you may relax enjoying the fresh air while sipping on your favorite tropical beverage.

An old fashioned covered bridge marks the entrance into this private residential enclave that evokes a warm nostalgic feel of golden bygone years. Scenic walkways and bike trails meander past forested lagoons providing wonderful pathways for strolls, jogging, biking and observing nature. "The Gathering Place" in NatureWalk's center has an expansive lagoon shaped swimming pool and bubbling hot tub. There's a separate splash pool and lap pool for avid swimmers. A spacious sun deck has hammocks for lounging and a big pavilion with an entertainment bar where folk gather to enjoy favorite drinks poolside. The patio also has multiple tables with big gas grills available to enjoy a fun family barbeque. A "Tot Lot" provides a fort-like playground for kids and a Putting Green is there for adults.
