Inside, the main living area unfolds with crisp modern lines and walls of glass that blur the boundary between indoors and out. Sunlight dances across polished floors, illuminating mid-century modern furnishings with a twist — sculptural chairs, bold pops of color, and iconic artwork that channels a gallery-like vibe with a playful pulse. The open-concept kitchen is a showstopper: crisp white tile, rich wood accents, and a waterfall island with bar seating for six. Great house

Nice Stay
6 adults had a very nice stay at this properly. This was our 5th year coming to Seagrove. Day Dreamer is the only properly where the pool was actually warm, direct sun. There was a day of rough water and it was nice to have the option to stay and swim in the pool. It's difficult to find a place with all king beds so this was a plus. The BBQ wasn't working. We let property management know when we departed so hopefully they took care of it. The oven is a little difficult even with instructions but we managed. Very close to beach access. A beach cart to take gear back and forth would be great, we did rent one but one on premises would be a plus. We'll be back at this properly next year. First time we've rented the same property twice.

Day Dreamer
Day Dreamer was a great place to stay for 10 days during Christmas with our family. Seaside is a great location and 10 minute walk. The kitchen was very well stocked and we ate most of our meals there. The rooftop fire pit was a great bonus to cook s’mores, unfortunately only did once as nights were cool. Highly recommend

Beautiful house, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms in the house, and one full bathroom in the pool house. Excellent kitchen appliances and very well stocked. The room with the bunk beds is reached through one of the bedrooms. The pool house has a closet full of pool and beach toys. I would definitively go again.

We love our dogs here at Ocean Reef, however - Day Dreamer is a non-pet-friendly home.  If you are unable to board your pup, you may want to consider one of these Pet Friendly Rentals.

Can the pool be heated?

Day Dreamer does include a heated private pool! Pool heat can be added for $75 per day plus tax between October and April.

Is the beach access directly across 30A?

Guests of Day Dreamer utilize the Holly Beach access located directly across Scenic 30A at 2845 E Hwy 30A. Don't forget the sunscreen!

Can you have a street legal golf cart at this property?

Yes! In fact, you can rent a golf cart at a discounted rate through one of our preferred vendors! Golf carts are only permitted in speed limit zones of 35 MPH or less, and each golf cart rental will take the place of one vehicle parking space. Enjoy the ride!
