This four bedroom Grayton Beach vacation home has fun Floridian flair with colorful flourishes and wonderful amenities that help comfortably accommodate 10 happy beach-going guests. The dune front location in the historic village center of Grayton Beach is superb. It sits beside the Grayton Beach State Park, which was recently named as one of the most beautiful in America by Forbes Magazine. The westerly and southerly views are spectacular. Sugary white dunes adorned with sea oats and native grasses span out as far as you can see. The glittering gulf serves as a jeweled backdrop. A columned comfortably furnished veranda off the Great Room provides the perfect place to view the sensational seascape, hear the soothing surf sounds when the waves are high, and to enjoy favorite tropical drinks. A screened porch on the side also allows you to take in the scenery and enjoy the gulf breezes. The top rooftop level has an open sundeck which is a great spot to experience panoramic views especially during sunset time or when a full magical moon spreads its silver light. As evening falls the star-studded sky casts its shimmering light.

The beautiful beach is just a couple of minutes away across down a powdery dune trail, but you don’t even have to go that far to take a swim since a private pool is just steps away! It measures 28’ x 14’ and has a spacious patio that is nicely landscaped with tropical palms and lush shrubbery. A table with chairs in a covered porch allows you to enjoy drinks and dining poolside since a grill is close by.

Inside Grayton Sunset the Great Room encompasses the open living and dining areas with a wall of windows looking out across the dunes toward the gulf. A vaulted wood plank ceiling with thick beams soars above and accentuates the spaciousness of this room. It is comfortably furnished with a blue denim couch and love seat, as well as two big creamy white armchairs facing a wall mounted TV. The dining area has an elegant rustic look with a hardwood rectangular table flanked by four richly woven straw backed chairs and a bench for family feasts. This rental home has an upscale fashionable coastal style with oil paintings of seascapes, tropical prints and marine sculpture throughout.  The chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a cabinet styled refrigerator-freezer, a wine cooler, and a glass-topped oven range. An open bar has colorful stool seating to enjoy tasty appetizers.

The four bedrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. The Master Bedroom is on the first floor with a king sized bed along with an en-suite bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower. A charming cottage styled Guest Bedroom on this level has twin beds and cheerful attire with access to a full hall bath. Two more Guest Bedrooms with en suite baths are upstairs. One is quite stylish with a king sized bed, black ebony furnishings, and a salmon pink accent wall.  The other bedroom is great Kid’s Quarters with a queen sized bed and a twin bunk.

The Grayton Beach village center nearby provides great food, drinks and live music at the famed Red Bar and Chiringo. Additional restaurants, beach bars, specialty shops, free concerts and seasonal festivals are minutes along Scenic 30A and throughout South Walton.
