The 10x20-foot pool (seasonally heatable) is flanked by loungers, a pergola-shaded dining area, and a convenient outdoor half-bath. Third Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Large Private Bathroom + Balcony Access.

Guest House:

First Floor: Half Bathroom

Second Floor: Living Room, Full Kitchen, Queen Bedroom with Shared Hall Bathroom, Twin Bedroom, Laundry.

*Add $50.00 per day to heat the pool (available October – April if needed).

Based on daily temperatures and at the HOA’s discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the fall and holiday weeks.

The use of golf carts is prohibited in the Old Florida Beach community.
