Sandy by the Sea offers a wonderful blend of charm but is also complete with state of the art stainless steel appliances in the large kitchen, thick granite counter tops on a breakfast bar and a wide flat screen TV in the family room. A handsome hardwood floor runs throughout with a cream oriental rug in the family area flanked by two full size couches. Two sleek armless side chairs complete the comfortable ensemble while an old fashioned steamer trunk serves as one of the coffee tables. Sunny windows add a cheery ambiance. A formal dining room has elegant seating for six around a long table that is accented by a suspended chandelier above. The first floor also includes a full hall bathroom and two beautifully decorated guest bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with a queen sized bed..

The master bedroom suite upstairs is a world unto itself spanning the entire second floor with a private bathroom, porch and balcony. A comfortable king sized bed has multiple pillows and a cream colored decorative frame and headboard. A wide flat screen TV sits above a large matching dresser for late night movie viewing. Two glass doors lead out onto a screened porch where you may relax, reminiscing about the day and planning fun adventures for tomorrow. This leads to an open balcony where you may go outside and see a starry sky.

The kids will love the third floor hideaway that contains double bunk bed and trundle.Although you are just minutes from the beach, you are only seconds away from the backyard swimming pool! The lagoon shaped pool has a tiled patio and sundeck where you may relax.

Besides the sugar white sand this Blue Mountain Beach locale is also within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, a little country store and an ice cream parlor so welcome back to the warmth of days gone by.

First Floor: Living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, kitchen, king bedroom, queen bedroom, full hall bath, and laundry room.

Second Floor: King master bedroom with full bath, screened-in sitting porch, and balcony.

Third Floor: Double/double bunk with twin trundle bedroom.

*Add $35.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed).
