Seascape could very well become your favorite beach home away from home! Ten fortunate guests can be happily accommodated in this spacious four-bedroom rental. This hospitable abode is located in Seacrest Beach at the eastern end of Scenic 30A, close to the sugar-white shore - only minutes away. You don’t have to go far for a refreshing dip since this gracious beach home features a lovely 10'x22' lagoon-shaped private pool. It includes a large fenced-in backyard, a nice lounge area and patio with bench seating, and a grill for fun poolside cookouts.

Besides swimming and sunning on the pool patio, you may want to spend special time on one of the home’s nicely furnished columned verandas. The third floor was distinctively designed for lounging with an open rooftop observation sun deck where you may relax while enjoying the sweeping panoramic coastal views. This spacious sunny room has a high vaulted ceiling, beach-washed hardwood flooring, and three walls of windows to enjoy the aerial views. A cream-colored leather couch and matching lounge chair face a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment. Double glass doors at one end lead to the open observation deck.

The main open living area on the second floor has a slate blue-toned wraparound leather couch beside a wall of windows and two regally striped accent chairs. They provide a comfortable seating ensemble facing an elegantly scrolled antique chest with a large flatscreen TV mounted above it. The inviting dining area nearby includes a rectangular hardwood country table, seven cream-colored cottage-styled chairs, and a side bench. Four sleek white fashionable vintage-modern raised chairs with deep crescent-shaped backs sit beside a white quartz-topped bar facing the state-of-the-art open kitchen. Brushed stainless steel appliances and plenty of white custom cabinetry accented by a gleaming brick backsplash provide everything needed to whip up some fun culinary delights. One of the lovely guest bedrooms is on this level with chic white elegant cottage-style furnishings, a queen-sized bed, and access to a hall bath that doubles as a powder room.

The spacious master bedroom and two more guest quarters are on the first floor. The master suite includes comfortable creamy white contemporary furnishings with a king-sized bed. It also features a private luxury bath with double vanity sinks, a wide glass-walled walk-in shower, and wonderful patio access. One of the bright guest bedrooms includes a sizeable king-sized bed, while the other is perfect for a family of four with a king-sized bed and a custom-built twin bunk bed for the kids. They share a connected full Jack-and-Jill bath with a tub shower combination. Each bedroom also has convenient access to the covered veranda.

This pristine setting in Seacrest Beach is close to a forested coastal dune lake, known as Camp Creek, and the expansive Deer Lake State Park, which borders the beautiful beach. Such coastal dune lakes are precious natural treasures found hardly anywhere else on earth. An exotic mixture of artisan spring-fed salted water supports an abundant amount of wildflowers, wildlife, fish, and a wide variety of waterfowl. This serene setting offers paddleboard or kayak adventures, fishing, nature walks on the crystalline beach, or luxuriating in the glowing gulf waters. This home is also minutes away from enchanting Rosemary Beach and the iconic Seaside.
