Hidden in plain sight, Seacrest Beach is an intimate community on South Walton's 30A, bordered by Alys Beach and Seagrove Beach to the west and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Seacrest Beach North

Much of what is referred to as Seacrest Beach is, in fact, the community of Seacrest Beach North.  This master-planned development is centered on the largest community pool in all of Northwest Florida and features a convenient beach tram during the season.  Vacation rentals here include private stand-alone homes and convenient condominiums. Beach access is to the south of the community and is shared with Sunset Beach.

Village of South Walton

The Village of South Walton is another notable development in Seacrest Beach, as it's placed right on Scenic 30A and is home to several locally owned shops & eateries - in addition to luxury condominium rentals.

Prominence & The Hub

To the west of Alys Beach and bordering Watersound, the South Walton community of Prominence is quickly becoming a family favorite.  Newly constructed townhomes and a plethora of amenities are adjacent to The Hub, a lifestyle center bursting with live entertainment, restaurants, stores, and bars.  Beach access is available via shuttle to Deer Lake State Park.

In addition to the aforementioned communities, Ocean Reef represents a diverse selection of vacation rentals sprinkled throughout the entirety of Seacrest Beach.  Reserve online or pop in to say hi at our Seacrest Beach vacation rental & real estate office located at 9961 Scenic Highway 30A.
