This recently renovated beachfront family compound includes six bedrooms, six luxury baths, three half-bath powder rooms, and ample accommodations for 21 beachgoers. Guest quarters are located on all three levels, including access to an attached carriage house, providing wonderful privacy for families and friends sharing a beach reunion. It is aptly located right on the gulf within the privileged, exclusively gated community of Waters' Edge in Seacrest Beach.

Seabourn features a charming Dutch Colonial-styled exterior design with balconies and columned verandas off many bedrooms and the open living area. The heavenly beachfront locale provides stunning views of the jeweled gulf from almost every room. Comfortable furnishings include cottage, coastal, and rustic beach-inspired designs. Decorative art throughout boasts seascape paintings, watercolor landscapes, and marine life sculptures. The first floor is complete with four spacious bedrooms, one of which doubles as a fun game room with two queen/full-sized bunks, a pool table, multiple sitting areas, and a flatscreen TV for entertainment. A half-bath powder room is stationed nearby for added convenience. The additional three bedrooms each feature en suite bathrooms with two king-sized beds and a cozy queen-sized bed that houses a twin bunk for the little ones.

Venture upstairs to the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area on the second floor with three walls of windows showcasing panoramic gulf-front vistas. Tall white beamed ceilings, shiplap walls, and natural light provide a warm, inviting setting. Two cream-colored couches and armchairs draped with slipcovers provide a comfortable seating ensemble with gulf views. A wall-hung flatscreen TV above a beach-inspired side table provides additional entertainment. Inside the dining room, a long hardwood table with 12 colonial spindle-backed chairs sits near the open kitchen and beachside balcony doors. The open kitchen includes a raised malt-toned granite bar with five white vintage modern stools for fun wining and dining. A nearby half-bath serves as a convenient powder room. This level is attached to a guest house with another full kitchen and living area. The living room includes a white sofa and tropical accent chair that faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV near a window balcony. A sunny dining nook beside the kitchen has a round, colorful mosaic-topped table with four chairs, while the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The lovely guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a twin trundle and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. A half-bath powder room is also available off the kitchen.

The primary bedroom suite encompasses the entire top floor with light beach-washed hardwood furnishings, a king-size bed facing a wall-mounted TV, an open viewing deck, a glass-topped corner table for two, and a kitchenette for preparing bedside snacks, drinks, or morning coffee. Two individual private baths have rich granite-topped vanity cabinets and walk-in showers with a window for natural light.

This 30A home's beautiful beachfront location also includes a refreshing 6x16 private pool to wash away the salt after luxuriating in the glittering gulf. A gas grill is provided nearby for fun family cookouts. Only two houses down, a private neighborhood boardwalk is less than a one-minute walk away, leading to the bright, shimmering shoreline. Seabourn offers an incredible Seacrest Beach locale, while remaining close to wonderful restaurants, beach bars, and exciting shopping adventures. The idyllic coastal village of Rosemary Beach is nearby, with dining establishments, bistro bars, boutiques, galleries, and specialty shops. It also hosts fun lawn events, festivals, and seasonal firework celebrations throughout the year.

We loved the house, perfect for our family of 14

The reservation process was excellent. Tonya was very helpful. Everything was spotless and we had access at 4pm. There were plenty of wristbands for the beach. The only glitch we had was the door knob to the carriage house. It locked automatically when my daughter closed it with all their bathing suits, etc. in the room. However, maintenance arrived very quickly after we notified them and fixed the issue so they could access the room, so still 5 stars! We made so many good memories. Ocean Reef was very responsive the couple of times we contacted them. The pool was clean and warm and my youngest grandchildren had the best time playing in it, even the older ones used it in the evening. My only suggestion would be to add a doorway in the hall so the laundry is completely separate from the 3rd floor bedroom. Departing was a breeze! The bot text to my phone could not have been easier, plus I loved the reminder the day before of check out time and the checklist.

Amazing Family Friendly Stay at Water's Edge

The home at Water’s Edge in Seacrest Beach / Rosemary Beach was outstanding! The house easily accommodated my group of 5 adults and 3 kids… plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas to spread out in. Multiple large Smart TVs were nice for relaxing after a day on the beach. First, second and third floor patios provide an unbelievable view and amazing way to enjoy the ocean.We had the pool heated for our stay which was very nice. Kids loved swimming in there after the beach; note that the pool is pretty small but typical for the area, after all there is the whole ocean! Beach is beautiful with clean white sand and clear blue water. The house comes with a complimentary beach setup (2 chairs and umbrella) which is setup by 9am; we used the beach service for additional setups, paddle board rentals, and an evening bonfire.The home is located at an amazing location. It is located across the street (think 3 min walk) to a family friendly outdoor venue with live music, two bars, hamburger shop, two pizza shops, donut shop, ice cream shop, small grocery store and a brewery. On the beach, the house located a 5 min beach walk from the local beach bar which was fun.Overall a great stay, would recommend for a family or group of families.

Seabourn in the Fall

We absolutely loved the property. It was beautiful and clean inside, lots of room for our family of 14. The view of the beach was spectacular. We loved watching the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee. The heated pool was another plus, especially for our littlest members. We had a couple of very small glitches when we first arrived and the maintenance team arrived almost immediately to correct. Our family had the best time! I would highly recommend this wonderful beach house.

Seabourn is a beautiful Gulf-front vacation home in Seacrest Beach! It does not include a Pack-n-Play or high chair, but you do receive discounts on these items by being an Ocean Reef guest. Here is a link to discounted baby equipment!
