If you answered the beaches of 30A, we've got the perfect place for you! 30A Beach Escape is a newly completed vacation home in the bustling Prominence community of Seacrest Beach. Coastal-inspired accommodations are provided for eight beach-loving guests with three bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms. This rental home is also pet-friendly, so your favorite four-legged companion can tag along!

30A Beach Escape includes comfortable furnishings and a sunny open living, dining, and kitchen area. The welcoming first-floor space has direct access to a private patio with a table and chairs for enjoying favorite drinks and tasty snacks alfresco. Indoors, the living room has two soft blue couches beside a unique rope-knotted cocktail table on a straw-thatched rug. They face a large flatscreen TV mounted on a white cabinet for a relaxing movie night or cheering on your favorite sports team. On the opposite side of the living room, a round white-washed pedestal table with crisscross-backed cushioned chairs is highlighted by a suspended elliptically angled chandelier for charmed dining. The adjacent open kitchen has a granite-topped island with additional seating, sleek white custom cabinetry, and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. 

A partially open staircase graciously leads upstairs to the primary suite and two guest bedrooms. The sunny primary suite includes contemporary coastal-styled furnishings with a king-size bed facing a flatscreen TV on a white dresser. A private ensuite bath boasts a double vanity sink and a glass-walled walk-in shower. As for the guest quarters, one stylish room features a stately queen-size bed centered among two sunny windows facing a wall-hung TV for evening entertainment. The final guest room is great for the kids, equipped with a custom-built twin bunk bed, a bonus twin bed with a twin trundle, nautically-inspired decor, and a wall-installed TV for enjoyment. Both guest bedrooms utilize a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

The premier Prominence community includes a giant angled resort-styled swimming pool anchored by four royal palm trees and an expansive stone paver patio for sunny relaxation. Convenient restroom facilities, dressing rooms, and showers are nearby. An outdoor kitchen with multiple stainless steel grills, wet bars, and dining tables beckons guests to enjoy outdoor entertainment, favorite drinks, and fun family barbeques. When you're ready to hit the beach, Deer Lake State Park is less than two minutes away with use of the complimentary six-seater golf cart, or multiple public beach access points are also just a handful of minutes away. Prominence is also directly across from The Big Chill, a fun village center on the south side of Scenic 30A. This fun space features a wide assortment of food venues, including comfort foods, burgers, seafood, pizzas, ice cream, and baked goods. Fully stocked bars serve craft cocktails, tropical drinks, cold beer, and wine. Picnic tables and comfortable outdoor seating areas span across a lush lawn, a limestone patio, and a pavilion that provides shade. An events stage hosts seasonal live concerts and family movie nights under the stars. Festivals and firework shows are also celebrated during special holidays throughout the year.

This incredible Seacrest Beach location is close to delightful diversions, grocery stores, local attractions, and world-class shopping venues. The enchanting coastal village of Rosemary Beach is close by, featuring Dutch West Indies Colonial-styled architecture, village lawns, fountains, gardens, lovely landscaping, and a European-styled avenue that gently slopes down a dune toward the beach. The village features many restaurants, wine bistros, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, and fine galleries. Rosemary Beach is known for hosting fun festivals throughout the year on the village lawns, golden Americana-styled family events, outdoor concerts, and seasonal fireworks. Visitors can also head the opposite direction and check out other iconic 30A beach towns, including Seaside, Seagrove, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach!

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the north community pool is typically heated for the months of October-November and March-April.
