This newly completed townhome is located in the fantastic Prominence neighborhood off Scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach. It features three bedrooms with the ability to accommodate 11 beach going guests.  The interiors of Salt Water Serenity are quite elegant with upscale décor and comfortable furnishings. The living area is on the ground floor with a patio across its front. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the north community pool is typically heated for the months of October-November and March-April.
