A grey couch, two creamy cushioned accent chairs, and a reclaimed wood coffee table provides a comfortable seating ensemble facing a flatscreen TV. The cozy couch conveniently doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa for added bedding. A dark handsome hardwood dining table beside a wall of bay windows includes eight classic colonial styled chairs with thatched woven straw seats. The contemporary kitchen nearby features stainless steel appliances, rich custom cabinetry and two vintage modern mid-century stools next to a light malt colored granite topped island.

The spacious Primary Bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a private en-suite luxury bath with dual vanity sinks and doors that lead out to the wonderful porch balcony.
