Description

Sometimes a good “change of attitude” can be inspired by a Latitude Adjustment, and this aptly named coastal vacation residence is ready to do just that! This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom rental townhome on 30A is located in the newly established residential enclave of Prominence in Seacrest Beach. It can comfortably sleep up to six fortunate gulf-loving guests.

The first floor of Latitude Adjustment includes a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. Plush comfortable coastal styled furnishings include a dark-colored couch facing a beach-inspired wood plank cocktail table centered on a soft creamy white fur rug near four comfortable armchairs. This charming seating ensemble faces a large flatscreen TV above a fireplace mantle. Upscale contemporary flourishes include seascape paintings, seashells, white coral sculptures, marine life patterns on pillows, and chic modern lighting fixtures throughout. The dining area with a distinctive black and white patterned rug includes a rectangular golden maple wood table with six black vintage-modern metal chairs. The upscale kitchen features white custom cabinetry, matching quartz countertops, an island with a deep double sink, three square-topped black metal stools, and brushed stainless steel appliances. A hallway leads to a laundry room and a separate powder room with a white pedestal sink.

A staircase lined with ship-lap leads to the master bedroom and two guest bedrooms. The comfortable contemporarily-styled master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with a tufted gray cloth headboard, a rustic dresser, and side cabinets. Its ensuite luxury bath includes two vanities, a glass-walled walk-in shower with white marble tiles, and a soothing rainfall shower head. A full hall bath with a tub shower combination serves the two sunny guest quarters. One lovely cottage-style bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a charming white decorative metal headboard. It sits below a soft grey diamond plated accent wall and faces a flatscreen TV. The other bedroom is quite handsome with two twin beds, each featuring an ebony black metal frame. This room also boasts a striking accent wall, a black and white patterned rug, and wall-hung TV for evening entertainment.

The sought-after community of Prominence features a lavish chevron-shaped swimming pool. A vast sun patio surrounds it with pergolas and towering palm trees. It also includes a covered dining area with stainless steel gas grills and a wet bar for fun poolside cookouts.

This fantastic Seacrest Beach locale is near the enchanting Dutch Colonial-inspired Village of Rosemary Beach, including restaurants, beach bars, boutiques, galleries, and specialty shops. This charming coastal village also hosts fun family lawn games, outdoor concerts, festivals throughout the year, and vibrant seasonal firework displays. The Prominence community is also within walking distance to The Big Chill on 30A. The Big Chill includes tasty outdoor kitchens and bars on lush lawns with seating around a stage that features live music. They also offer fun family movie nights under the stars. Expansive casual outdoor picnic tables and pergolas provide shaded dining areas. Local eateries nearby provide favorite drinks, fried seafood baskets, burgers, barbecue, southern-styled comfort food, and bakery treats. Come join in on the fun!

First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the north community pool is typically heated for the months of October-November and March-April.

Exceeded Expectations

This is our 3rd experience using Ocean Reef, they have never disappointed us with any of their properties. However this has been my own personal favorite. It was much to my own taste~ (Designer Touches) are apparent throughout. We found the property to have a very stocked kitchen ~ ALL you would ever need. The inventory felt new and fresh! Great Home and Visit

We had an amazing time at the house, it was even nicer that the pictures. Short drive or bike ride to the beach, right by the pool, close to all the other towns. Across the street form the big chill which was great and would be even better if we had young kids! The house was clean and beautiful! It was amazing, i would absolutly come back.

A golf cart is not included complimentary with the property. Golf cart rentals are permitted through one specified vendor, and up to 30 golf carts at a time may be distributed throughout the Prominence community. Can golf carts be driven from here to Seaside?

Yes - street legal golf carts can be driven all along Scenic Highway 30A and are permitted in speed limit zones of 35 MPH or under.

How far is the beach access?

The nearest beach access location is at the Deer Lake State Park beach, approximately 0.5 miles away. The park charges $3 per vehicle or $2 per pedestrian. It includes restrooms, picnic pavilions, nature trails, and more!

Is it $2 to go to the beach at Deer Lake State Park each time or per day?

Great question! The $2 fee to Deer Lake State Park grants beach-goers a full-day pass; however, re-entry is not guaranteed due to occupancy limits.

Is there a company that sets up chairs and umbrellas?

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand!
