This hospitable vacation home, now named Cordelia (formerly Sun Star), is located in the charming residential community of NatureWalk in Seagrove Beach - where everything old is new again! The community is relatively new, but the lovely Americana architectural styling is inspired by the golden years gone by. A covered bridge marks this residential enclave's entrance, providing an enchanting, serene setting just minutes from the beautiful white sand beach. The community is aptly named since it's nestled beside Point Washington State Forest, with expansive acreage all around it. Scenic trails meander throughout the neighborhood, providing lovely forest vistas as a wonderful "Nature Walk" for leisurely strolls, jogging, and biking.

Cordelia is a four-bedroom rental home that sleeps up to 10 guests with multiple beds and bunks. Steps lead up to a gracious multi-columned veranda that spans its width with a matching covered porch above. The open living area has three walls of windows that provide a bright, sunny look. This spacious room is richly accented by dark hardwood flooring that flows throughout, along with beautiful silk flower arrangements and elegant décor. A charming dining table sits in an alcove near the front door with seven cushioned high-back chairs. A seating ensemble with ash-gray couches and a centered white-washed wood coffee table frame the mantle, above which sits a large TV for entertainment. A comfortably furnished bonus den on the second floor provides another separate space for entertainment with a couch, loveseat, and flat-screen TV. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bright white custom cabinetry, and a granite-topped bar with stools to enjoy your favorite drinks or tasty treats.

The handsome Primary Bedroom includes a king-sized bed richly adorned with two dark mahogany bed stands and a dresser. A formal tray ceiling soars above this well-appointed space with its own en-suite bath and access to the upper-level covered porch. One upscale Guest Bedroom also has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bath, while another is done in comfortable creamy white furnishings with a queen-sized bed. A bright Bunk Room has beds to accommodate four kids perfectly.

The center of NatureWalk is called The Gathering Place, with a large swimming pool and a simmering hot tub. A spacious sundeck patio surrounds it, adorned with palm trees and other tropical plantings. There is also a covered splash pool for kids and a lap pool available for avid swimmers. A spacious furnished pavilion next to the pool has an entertainment bar where your family and friends may "gather" to enjoy your own BYOB favorite drinks. The extended patio includes both covered and open-air tables with gas grills available, so your happy group may enjoy a collective cookout picnic poolside. An elaborate "Tot Lot" nearby provides a fun playground for kids.

This great South Walton location is near grocery stores, wine bars, restaurants, friendly bars, galleries, specialty shops, and seasonal festivals along Scenic 30A. Enjoy your creation of golden memories!

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.
