This charmingly gracious four bedroom vacation home can sleep up to 11 happy beach-going guests and was recently remodeled with comfortable furnishings and décor. All 4 Fun is well-located in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach, which offers an abundant array of amusements but is still tucked away in a peaceful world of its own.

It's community, Gulfside Cottages includes homes inspired by Old Florida architectural styling incorporating columned porches, breezy balconies, white picket fences and tin roofs. It's just a short stroll away from the emerald toned waters of the gulf and staying here is like a trip back in time to a serene golden Americana way of life at the beach. This rental home hearkens back to the kind of place where friends may have gathered on the front porch sipping sweet lemonade while nibbling cookies, but nowadays visiting guests might be sipping frozen Margaritas and enjoying some spicy nachos! Just a short distance away you can walk to the large community swimming pool that is unique since it is double squared and surrounded by a sunny patio that is accented with decorative arbors. In only minutes you may go from taking a freshwater plunge at the pool to luxuriating in the jewel-like luminescent waters of the glowing gulf.

All 4 Fun's spacious refurbished open Great Room includes the living, dining and kitchen portions of the home. This room has a crisp yet comfortable nautical look with white tiled flooring and navy blue furnishings. A long wraparound couch includes a queen size sleeper sofa. They face a large TV and glass doors that lead out onto a balcony. The other side of the room has an octagonal glass topped dining table with six intricately woven decorative chairs. They are near a convenient kitchen counter bar with four cushion topped stools with additional seating where appetizers or favorite drinks may be served.

This Destin home is well appointed with a lovely casual tropically inspired kind of look complete with comfortable furnishings and vintage décor. Every bedroom includes a TV for nighttime viewing. The Master Bedroom includes a king size bed, direct porch access, and a full en-suite bath. Another Guest Bedroom also includes a king size bed and access to another full bath. The additional Guest Bedrooms have a queen size bed in one and four bunk beds in the other which share a full hall bath.

This fantastic Miramar Beach location is extremely close to grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the largest of its kind in the nation. Popular beachside restaurants and friendly bars are also nearby along Scenic Gulf Drive. Championship golf, tennis, and watersport rentals are close by at Seascape Resort, where Ocean Reef Resort guests receive reduced rates. Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf are minutes away at Sandestin featuring restaurants, lively bars, free concerts, seasonal festivals, and shopping.

First Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Patio Access, King Bedroom, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Based off of the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
