All is Grayt features five beautifully appointed bedrooms with multiple beds hosting over a dozen fortunate guests. This lovely rental is located in the exclusively gated community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach, off Scenic 30A in South Walton. It's just minutes away from the shimmering shoreline, which has received acclaim as a Blue Wave Beach. This is the nation's highest designation for excellence, cleanliness and natural beauty. You can easily walk to the private gated access reserved for owners and guests of this prestigious community. Other wonderful options include enjoying a refreshing dip in one of two community pools, playing tennis, or utilizing the Club House that has convenient bathroom facilities, and a ping pong table.

As soon as you drive up to this gracious two-story home, you are embraced by its warmth and captivating demeanor. A columned portico has a veranda down below and a covered balcony above off a guest quarter's sitting area. The tropical landscaping out front is adorned with multiple palm trees, sagos, pines, and other indigenous plants. Once inside, you experience the charming yet sophisticated kind of décor you may have seen featured by Joanna Gaines on HGTV. Shiplap walls, beach washed hardwood flooring, high ceilings, decorative lanterns, comfortable creamy-white furnishings, and loads of sunny windows provide a beauteous bright look.

Three couches serve as a seating ensemble facing a modern rustic beamed mantel with a TV. There are two dining tables with ship-like trunk tabletops. Eight elegant high backed chairs with white safari styled slipcovers sit beside one table with four at the other. The open state of the art kitchen features white custom cabinetry that houses Jenn-Air Pro stainless steel appliances. A sparkling white quartz crystal topped island with six tropical stools sits beneath three chic coastal burlap shaded lighting fixtures to provide a place to enjoy drinks and appetizers. A powder room is nearby for convenience. French doors lead out to an enchanting screened porch, framed by twin candle lanterns and four dark ebony rocking chairs for serene relaxation.

All of the bedrooms have comfortable furnishings embellished with coastal décor, including prints of seascapes, marine life, and positive affirmations about the enjoyments of life. The downstairs Master Bedroom has a king-sized four-poster bed, striking dowel framed mirrors, and a luxury bath with twin vanities in an antique cabinet, a rustic beach dressing table, a deep soaking tub as well as a unique walk-in shower. All the bedrooms upstairs have private baths and beautiful cottage styled furnishings with tropical flourishes. Two come with king-sized beds while another has a queen. Kids will love the engaging Bunk Room, where they climb through a circular open porthole to get to their own twin bed and place their clothes in separate ship-like steel lockers nearby. A delightful Guest Quarters sitting room includes a Wet Bar with a wine cooler, a wall-mounted TV, and straw woven cushioned chairs. Double glass doors lead out to the covered balcony with rocking chairs where you may also enjoy the gulf breezes.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the western community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.

Preserve at Grayton Beach utilizes ample shore to the East of Little Redfish Lake and West of Big Redfish Lake. The beach portion in front of Bannerman Beach and Sanctuary By The Sea is strictly prohibited.

Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.
