All Tide Up in Destin's Miramar Beach

This classic beach house is located in the established Tang O Mar community which is nestled away in a secluded gulf side world of its own, yet is close to the heart of everything that Destin's Miramar Beach has to offer.

Recent remodeling at All Tide Up includes comfortable new furnishings, updated bathrooms, a modern kitchen, fresh paint and flat screen TVs. This vacation home is raised up overlooking a lovely setting with palm trees on one side and the glistening emerald hued waters of the gulf in the near distance. The sugar white sand beach is only about 100 yards and there you may luxuriate in the luminescent clear waters. The spacious open floor plan of this one level home has many windows that look out over this lovely scenery. Glass doors lead out to an expansive covered deck where you may enjoy tropical drinks, take in the shimmering views and hear the soothing sound of the surf. A cozy couch faces the flat screen TV which is ideal evening viewing pleasure. The white bright new kitchen has stainless steel appliances for the creation of a fun family feast. A wide kitchen island with four bar stools provides the perfect place to serve up savory seafood appetizers. Nearby the dining table next to one of the walls of windows seats six in white carved chairs that sit beneath a stylish modern chandelier. There is another table that seats four which could provide kids with their own dining space. One of the Guest Bedrooms is cheerfully decorated with a king sized bed while the other has a twin over full bunk bed and twin trundle underneath. They conveniently share a Jack & Jill full bathroom that is easily accessible from both rooms. The Master Suite has a comfortable king sized bed with access to its own new private bathroom that has a large glassed in shower and a granite countertop sink. Double glass doors lead out from the Master Suite to the deck with views of the gorgeous gulf in the distance.

This marvelous Miramar Beach location places you just a few minutes away from area grocery stores, wine bistros, and fun beach shops. Popular beachfront restaurants are also nearby along Scenic Gulf Drive as is championship golf and tennis. The nation's largest Discount Designer Outlet known as Silver Sands is also close by. Many more restaurants, friendly bars, specialty stores, free musical concerts, special seasonal events as well as a new movie theater with stadium seating are only minutes away at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Cozy cottage with serene views! Perfect!

Perfect accommodation for carefree days by the sea. The house is super nicely equipped! There was also nothing missing in the kitchen. December getaway

We have good news and bad news. Good news first: the is a washer and dryer provided at All Tide Up. Now the bad news, yes - you will be doing laundry on your vacation!

Will the gulf be warm enough to swim in March or April?

All Tide Up is approximately 1,484 square feet. The home does not include an outdoor shower, but it does have a water spigot for a water hose to rinse off after a fun-filled day at the beach!

Just wondering if you provide sheets for the beds and bath towels?

Answer:

We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths. You will want to bring your own beach towels, as we do not provide them. Our properties are furnished with enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.
