Destin’s Amalfi Coast is a favorite destination among our Ocean Reef Resorts guests since it comprises eight lushly landscaped acres that include two huge swimming pools, sun decks lined with palm trees, two professional tennis courts and a natural lagoon centered a shimmering fountain. A pedestrian bridge leisurely crosses over the lovely lagoon leading to a convenient beach access for Amalfi Coast guests. The resort grounds are up lighted during the evening, which creates a magical look. The beach access overlooks the glistening emerald toned gulf and pure sugar white sand beach below.

Amalfi Coast 311A is three bedroom vacation rental that has expansive views across this wonderful scenery. Your balcony views include clusters of palms, sparkling swimming pools, lush lawns, the serene lagoon and lighted fountain. The gulf serves as a beautiful backdrop toward the dazzling southern horizon.

These same vistas may be seen from the interiors of the main living area as well as the Master Bedroom Suite since a wall of sliding glass doors frame the outdoor scenery. They also provide ready access so that you may enjoy the views from the breezy balcony while sipping upon favorite drinks with friends and family. A glass topped rectangular table with four chairs is there on the balcony available for the pleasure of dining al fresco. The spacious living area has a second wall with a sunny window that provides bonus views. A leather couch that doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa and two accent chairs face these views as well as the flat screen TV. A glass dining table nearby has four charming metal chairs where you may enjoy a savory seafood feast. The bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances and additional seating at the counter bar to lay out a tasty buffet.

All three of the bedrooms are furnished in an elegant European style with lovely prints and decorative arts enhacning a rich décor. The Master Bedroom has a beautifully carved four-posted king size bed, a private bath en suite and glass doors leading to the romantic balcony. One of the comfortable Guest Bedrooms has a carved four posted queen sized bed and access to its own private bath. Another lovely Guest Bedroom has two twin size beds and a futon with access to a full hall bath so this residence can accommodate a total of ten guests.

This Scenic Gulf Drive location places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, lively beach bars, and local grocery stores. An eighteen-hole championship golf course is close by at Seascape. Silver Sands, the nation’s largest designer discount outlet is also nearby. Additional great restaurants, specialty shops, art galleries, seasonal festivals and free live musical concerts are a short distance away at the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

This Condo only allows for 8 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.

Discounted rates are in place through May 2026 due to an on-site restoration project. Guests may experience noise and limited balcony access during this time.
