This family compound is located less than 100 yards from the sugar white sand beach in a private residential neighborhood just off Scenic Gulf Drive. You are just a short stroll away (with no roads to cross) from luxuriating in the jewel toned waters of the gulf but may also take a fresh water dip as well since this vacation home has a 8'x15' heated private plunge pool out back!

In Anchors Away, both the first and second floors have living areas with wall mounted TVs. The vibrantly colored contemporary kitchen and adjacent dining area are also conveniently located on the first floor, along with one of the Guest Bedrooms that has a king size bed and access to a full private bathroom. The kitchen features gleaming stainless steel appliances with bright cabinetry and fire engine red counter tops. Four barstools sit facing the open kitchen while an adjacent dining table seats six more. A half bath powder room is also provided in the hallway for added convenience.

Upstairs on the second floor is a seating area with white tiled flooring, a wall mounted TV, a wall of windows looking out over palm treetops and two couches, one of which doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa. The three Guest Bedrooms on this floor include one with an elegant king size bed and a private bath en suite. The other Guest Bedroom decorated in a pleasing pastel color has a queen-size bed and shares a full bathroom with a colorful kid's bunkroom.

The third floor has two suites and each one has its own private bathroom. One has a king size bed while the other has a queen. All of the bedrooms in this home are distinctively styled with colorful décor that ranges from rich burgundy to vibrant red to pastel blue to handsome ebony black to patriotic colors to cheery yellows. This gives every room its own personality that exhibits a wonderful Floridian flair.

This coveted location is in the heart of Miramar Beach is conveniently close to popular beachside restaurants and fun friendly bars along Scenic Gulf Drive. It is also minutes away from bargain shopping at Silver Sands, which is America's largest Discount Designer Outlet. Sandestin is also just minutes away offering a wide assortment of restaurants, lively bars, specialty boutiques, seasonal festivals and free musical concerts at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard.
