From the tenth floor of Ariel Dunes I, this two-bedroom, two-bath Miramar Beach vacation rental pairs sweeping Gulf views with a spacious, family-friendly layout for up to six guests. A bonus bunk room with built-in twin bunks gives kids or teens a comfortable space of their own, while fresh wood-look flooring in the bedrooms adds a crisp, updated finish. One of the highlights is the large covered balcony, accessible from both the living room and Primary Suite, where you can settle into the seating area or gather around the outdoor table with the blue-green Gulf stretching across the horizon. It is the kind of space guests especially appreciate for slow mornings, breezy afternoons, and relaxed evenings together.

The open living area in Ariel Dunes I 1002 is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for easy vacation days, with generous seating, a large flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors that keep the Gulf view in sight. The dining area seats six, with additional seating at the granite breakfast bar, while the well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of workspace for everything from quick breakfasts to a seafood dinner at home. The Primary Suite includes a king bed, Gulf views, private balcony access, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bath with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and separate glass-enclosed shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and its own television, with direct access to a full bath featuring a tub/shower combination that is also accessible from the hallway.

Families and groups consistently enjoy how comfortably this residence is laid out, with room to gather without feeling crowded and a bunk room that works especially well for children or teens. The combination of comfortable sleeping spaces, a clean contemporary feel, a stocked kitchen, and an oversized balcony makes it easy to settle in from the first day. Downstairs, Ariel Dunes I adds even more convenience with two expansive swimming pools, outdoor grills, an on-site fitness center, and Cabana Cafe, where guests can enjoy casual food and drinks without leaving the resort.

The beach is about a two- to three-minute walk down the palm-lined resort boulevard and across Scenic Gulf Drive, making daily trips to the shoreline simple. Groceries and everyday necessities are also close at hand, with Winn-Dixie less than a quarter mile away, while Silver Sands Premium Outlets, beachfront restaurants, golf, tennis, and the dining and entertainment of Seascape Resort are only minutes away. The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard are a short drive from the property as well, giving you even more choices for shopping, dining, festivals, and seasonal events. Ariel Dunes I 1002 brings together the Gulf views, generous balcony, easy beach access, and practical comforts that make a Miramar Beach vacation feel effortless.

Tenth Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Ariel Dunes I will undergo a roof replacement project beginning in mid-September and lasting approximately six to seven weeks. Guests may experience construction noise and temporary amenity or access impacts during this time. Rates have been discounted to reflect the potential inconvenience.

Excellent stay!!! Everything was perfect!

We had an amazing stay! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the condo was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was even a cozy bunk room with two built-in bunk beds that was perfect for our teens. We traveled with four teenagers, and they all loved the condo and had plenty of space. The entire booking and check-in process was simple and hassle-free. The property grounds were well maintained, and the beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the water every day. A Winn-Dixie is less than a quarter mile away, which made grocery runs quick and convenient. Everything we needed was close by. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families, especially those traveling with kids or teens!

Lovely place to stay steps from the beach

Overall this place is great! Clean and exactly as described/pictured. The kitchen was really well stocked, and the towels/linens are professionally laundered. For future guests- note that the kitchen has both a keurig and regular drip coffee pots. The location was fantastic! The large balcony was perfect. The view of the gulf was amazing, very easy walk to the beach access. The pools are wonderful. The resort also had a cafe downstairs with a bar and full restaurant service. I didn’t notice this in the description, so it was definitely a nice surprise! We would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything worked in the room as it should and it was very clean!! The balcony is extremely nice and comfortable. I loved that the elevators were fast and we didn’t have to wait long at all. The beach was a bit of a walk but overall it was a great room!
