It is centered upon a rectangular brown leather ottoman that faces the gulf and a large flatscreen TV mounted above a beachy cabinet. Nearby, the dining area has a rich classic look with a hardwood oval table flanked by four chairs with decorative hardwood frames and cushioned seats. A unique bench seat for two provides enough space for six charmed diners. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
