Ariel Dunes is an awesomely urbane high-rise skyscraper with Vegas sophisticated style, but overlooks the dazzling emerald hued gulf in Destin's Miramar Beach. This condominium is only 200 yards from the 2,000 linear feet of the shimmering crystalline white beach that it shares with neighboring Majestic Sun. Ariel Dunes I faces the glistening gulf toward the southern horizon with two pools that produce a visual mirage. When you approach the building down a boulevard from a distance it appears to magically float above the water. These pools encompass 12,000 square feet of watery fun. A shallow "zero entry" at one end is great for kids since it also has a mushroom shaped waterfall that splashes down below.

The palm lined boulevard serves as the main entrance, providing access to and from the beautiful beach. Ariel Dunes I 1302 is an two-bedroom vacation rental that soars high above this boulevard with up-front panoramic views of the glistening gulf in the distance and the sparkling pools below. A breezy balcony spans the entire width of this property providing direct access from both the main living area and the Master Bedroom Suite. Comfortable furnishings on the wide balcony allow you to enjoy the vivid views while sipping your favorite tropical drink. The open living area is handsomely furnished with a large beige couch and two beach-themed accent chairs. They face a wall mounted TV for evening entertainment or that "must see" sporting event. Tropically inspired artwork provides a subtle elegant look. Nearby a round-topped hardwood table has four cushioned chairs that sit beneath a charming sconce chandelier. The open modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances and richly mottled granite countertops in tones of mocha and dark chocolate. The kitchen bar includes two raised seats.

The Master Bedroom includes a full private luxury bath en suite with a large tiled walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. A king size bed sits beside the glass doors that access the balcony and provide sparkling views while a flat screen TV faces it for nighttime viewing pleasure. The Guest Bedroom has a comfy queen size bed, a wall mounted TV, a sunny window and has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room. There is also a bonus room that hosts a twin bunk.

Casual poolside drinks and dining are conveniently available at the Cabana Café on the first floor for favorite drinks, fresh seafood, pizzas or burgers. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A recently remodeled Fitness Center is available on site with a steam room, sauna and spa. This Scenic Gulf Drive location is near popular beachfront restaurants, area grocery stores and the nation's largest discount designer outlet known as Silver Sands. Fine restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals and free concerts are also close by at Grand Boulevard as well as Baytowne Village in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
