Description

This fashionably furnished two-bedroom vacation residence is located in the urbane luxury residential tower of Ariel Dunes I, which is one of two dual towers off Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. Ariel Dunes I faces the gorgeous emerald hued Gulf down a palm-lined entry boulevard. Two connected swimming pools span across its base, providing an opulent, luxurious setting.

The open living area of Ariel Dunes I 1604 has a premium centered position that features views of the glittering Gulf in the distance, a lovely tropical lagoon, the lushly landscaped grounds, and the expansive pools down below. It features a triple panel set of sliding glass doors that lead to a furnished balcony where you may enjoy the panoramic vistas while sipping upon favorite drinks. A pale dove gray couch and matching love seat face the glass doors that provide luxury cruise ship-like views of the Gulf that extend as far as one can see into the southern horizon. They are fronted by a wide handsome, rich dark leather ottoman and face the views and a flatscreen TV for entertainment. Nearby a chic tropically inspired dining area includes four richly woven high backed chairs with safari styled seat cushions beside a round glass-topped table. A mottled granite-topped bar beside the open kitchen has two matching raised bar chairs to enjoy drinks and appetizers.

The Master Bedroom has a distinctive contemporary styling with crisp white furnishings and modern abstract artwork. A king-sized bed sits beside its own set of sliding glass doors providing gulf views and direct balcony access. It faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a dresser for night time viewing pleasure. The Master Bedroom's private ensuite luxury bath features a deep soaking tub, a separate glass-walled shower, and double vanity sinks. The Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed beneath a colorful abstract painting and sits next to a sunny window. This room has access to a full hall bath with a tub shower combination that also serves as a convenient powder room.

Besides access to the wide expanse of the sugary shore, Ariel Dunes I includes pools that offer 12,000 square feet of sparkling fun. A shallow "zero-entry" at one end invites kids to play under a mushroom-shaped waterfall that splashes down into the water. Casual poolside drinks and dining are available at the "Cabana Cafe" off the first-floor lobby, which overlooks the pool and is available for drinks, fresh seafood, pizzas, sandwiches, or burgers. Outdoor grills invite guests to enjoy having their own cookout and dine poolside. A state of the art Fitness Center is on-site. Neighboring Seascape has an eighteen-hole championship golf course and pro tennis courts that provide Ocean Reef Resort guests with discounts for play.

This fantastic Miramar Beach location is minutes away from popular Gulf-front restaurants, grocery stores, wine shops, and bargain shopping at one of the nation's largest designer discount denters famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Dining, drinking, and shopping destinations along with fun festivals are minutes away at Sandestin's enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as swank Grand Boulevard.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Perfect and clean unit with beach views!

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had to call maintenance about the bed and they took care of it very quickly. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. The view was just beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Loved everything!

This condo was perfect for our stay at Miramar! The condo was just how it appeared in the pictures and was just a few steps from the beach! I loved standing in the kitchen where all you could see when you look out of the door is the beautiful blue ocean. Couldn't say better things about this place!

Beautiful view

Beautiful view, can see sunrise and sunset from balcony. Cozy accommodations, the kitchen had everything I needed. Easy check in and out. Walk right out to the beach. Cafe/bar on site but I didn’t need it with the kitchen. Golf on property. Wonderful stay.

Keurig coffee makers are provided in all Ocean Reef properties to help get your beach day started. Don't forget your favorite K-Cups!

Are beach chairs and umbrellas provided?
