Ariel Dunes I 1808

Ariel Dunes I has a decidedly urbane and sophisticated appearance. It is one of two luxury towers that look like something you may see in Miami. Porticos resembling classic temples crown the top of Ariel Dunes, which are up lighted at night for dramatic effect. However instead of being in a sprawling city, it is located right on Scenic Gulf Drive in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach. Ariel Dunes I looks down upon a boulevard lined with palms that serves as the main entry to this resort and is only a short distance from the sugary white beach. An easily accessible boardwalk extends 2,000 linear feet across the front beside the jewel toned waters of the glistening gulf. Ariel Dunes I itself has two huge swimming pools that wrap around the entire base creating a magical mirage since when you first see this building it appears to float above the water.

Ariel Dunes I 1808 soars high above the sensational scenery with a pelican's eye view of the sparkling pool below and the luminescent emerald hued gulf. A hefty balcony allows you to take in these views while enjoying your favorite frozen drinks and savory appetizers. Inside, a pair of light mocha colored leather couches face this scenery through glass doors in the open living area as well as a flat screen TV above a handsome faux fireplace. One couch doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa for extra guests. This elegant comfortable room has tasteful nautical decorative art adorning the walls. Beautiful decorative chairs sit beside a glass topped dining table beneath a sconce chandelier. A gleaming granite counter bar nearby is richly mottled with raised chairs that compliment the dining set. The modern kitchen allows you to create your own culinary feast. The lovely Master Bedroom with a full bath en suite has a comfortably sumptuous king sized. The beautifully attired Guest Bedroom has a full sized bed and twin bunks which have access to a full hall bathroom.

Downstairs the convenient Cabana Café is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner where you may enjoy dining poolside. A Fitness Center is available on site to burn off calories. Ariel Dunes locale is close to popular beach side restaurants, friendly bars, grocery stores and bargain shopping at the giant Silver Sands. Restaurants, lively bars, specialty shopping and family amusements are also minutes away at Baytowne Wharf in nearby Sandestin.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
