*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

It was a wonderful, well maintained

We recently stayed in this condo for a music festival that was hosted onsite. It was a wonderful, well maintained, clean unit with up to date decor and amazing views over the pool and ocean. We were a group of 4...2 best friends with our teenage daughters. We loved our stay and did not want to leave. As we look to return in the future and see what other options we could be missing out on, we are still drawn back to it. This condo is priced slightly higher than others, but the view...it can't be beat and we would pay a little more for it.

Loved the condo!

This condo at Ariel Dunes 1 was amazing! The furnishings were top notch, it was spacious and the views of the Gulf of America were amazing! My Wife and I traveled from Ohio with our two Sons ( 4 and 8) and we all had our own space and didn’t feel on top of each other at all during our stay. The beach was walkable from the building and the pools were a great change of pace for the kids. What a great place to call home for a week! We would definitely stay here again.

Updated, Clean, and Perfectly Located

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for spring break! The location was great for our family of 6. Pretty quick walk to the beach (maybe 5-10 minutes from room to the beach depending on elevator wait times). The condo appears to have recently been updated with new flooring, cabinetry (some of the finishing touches not 100% completed on cabinets, but did not affect our stay) new counters, nice furniture etc. The space was tastefully decorated and clean. Loved that all white linens were provided. Kitchen was well stocked for making quick meals. Keurig coffee maker provided. We loved the balcony space and the view of the ocean was great!

Vacation for a family of 7

Condo was very spacious and accommodating! The view was amazing! Location to grocery stores, and restaurants are close by! I definitely would recommend staying! I actually extended my stay 2 extra days because of the experience!

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. See you soon!
