Welcome to the wonderful world of Ariel Dunes! The two towers of Ariel Dunes provide an exceptionally urbane vacation experience reminiscent of Vegas or Miami with sophisticated style. However here they are situated overlooking the glowing waters of the emerald toned gulf. You are just an arrow's shot away from the 2,000 linear feet of the crystalline shimmering white shore. Two expansive swimming pools at the base of tower I produce a visual mirage. When you approach the building down the palm lined entry boulevard, it appears to magically float above water. These amazing pools provide 12,000 square feet of sparkling fun. A shallow "zero entry" at one end is great for kids since it also features a frolicsome mushroom shaped waterfall. Casual poolside drinks and dining are conveniently available at the Cabana Café. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A state of the arts fitness center is available on site with a wall of sunny windows in the workout room that overlooks the pool area.

Ariel Dunes I 1902 sits high atop this luxury tower with cruise ship-like views of the glistening gulf in the distance and some of the luxury towers nearby. A breezy balcony spans the entire width between the main open living area and the Master Bedroom Suite. This provides interior views of the sensational seascape outdoors from both rooms. Sliding glass doors provide easy access so you may take your favorite drinks and go enjoy the vivid views firsthand from this luxurious "Crow's Nest!" There are two gracious bedrooms, a bonus vibrantly colored twin bunk beds room tucked off the hallway and a sleeper sofa so this vacation rental can sleep up to eight fortunate guests. The main open living area is newly decorated with comfortable casual furnishings that provide a laid back chic beach styling. A comfortable couch and love seat face a flat screen TV for entertainment. A dining table seats six while four more may sit at the granite bar. This adjoins the well-appointed kitchen that features gleaming stainless steel appliances. The handsome beachside Master Bedroom has a massive king size bed and full bath en suite while the lovely Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed and access to a full hall bath.

This prominent placement on Scenic Gulf Drive is near the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach and close to popular beach front restaurants and bargain shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets. You may enjoy reduced rates for championship golf and tennis as an Ocean Reef Resorts guest right next door at Seascape. Fine restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals and abundant amusements are also nearby close by at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
