With accommodations for up to nine guests, this 19th-floor vacation retreat is perfect for a family beach escape or a getaway with friends—blending style, comfort, and unbeatable scenery from nearly every room.

Expansive Views & Elevated Living
The highlight of this Ariel Dunes I 1910 is the oversized wraparound balcony, offering breathtaking views that stretch from the emerald Gulf to the Seascape golf course and coastal dune lakes. Lounge in the sun or enjoy sunset cocktails while soaking in the peaceful sea breeze from two separate seating areas, each with their own charm and view corridor.

Inside, the open-concept living and dining space is anchored by full-length sliding glass doors that invite in the natural light and stunning Gulf scenery. The living room features a sandy-toned sofa (a queen sleeper), a pair of mid-century modern accent chairs, and a coastal chic area rug. Decorative throw pillows and tasteful seascape artwork complete the bright, beachy ambiance.

The large dining table seats eight comfortably, while four more guests can gather at the granite breakfast bar lined with woven rattan stools. The adjacent kitchen includes gleaming black granite countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a ceramic tile backsplash—all tied together with a classic nautical motif, including a decorative ship’s wheel mounted on the wall.

Three Bedrooms, All with Comfort & Style
This condo includes three distinct sleeping spaces, all with plush bedding, natural light, and access to full bathrooms:

Primary Suite: The Gulf-front king suite offers direct balcony access and mesmerizing views. Furnished with crisp white coastal furniture and a mounted flatscreen TV, this spacious suite also features an ensuite bath with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.
Guest Queen Room: This serene bedroom features a queen-size bed, balcony access, and a private entrance to the second full bath, which includes a tub/shower combo and can also be accessed from the main hallway.
Bunk Room: Nautical in theme and perfect for the kids (or kids at heart), this cheerful bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle below. It’s conveniently located next to the third full bathroom, which has a walk-in shower.

Extras & Amenities to Enhance Your Stay
A separate laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer ensures convenience for longer stays. Thoughtful décor details—from sea-glass-toned art and shell-themed lamps to light-toned floors and ocean-hued curtains—tie together the home’s breezy and inviting aesthetic.

Guests of Ariel Dunes I enjoy access to two sprawling resort pools totaling 12,000 square feet, including a zero-entry lagoon-style pool with a mushroom water feature. The Cabana Café downstairs offers casual dining, cocktails, and live entertainment. A fully equipped fitness center is also available onsite.

Location Perks
From the unit’s sky-high perch, you’re just a short walk from the private beach via the scenic Seascape boardwalk. The resort’s 2,000 feet of shoreline ensures you’ll always find your perfect spot in the sand.

*Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Perfect. We are so grateful for the memories made!

Our stay at this condo was a vacation to remember, the sunsets from the corner balcony were the perfect end to a long day at the beach. It’s a bit of a walk so if you plans to have a lot at the beach there are lots of spots closer to the beach if needed (morning hours especially) the kids enjoyed the heated pool and the ice cream down stairs was good too! Never had to leave really. The only thing is there’s not many convenience stores in walking distance but we knew that going in based on our own research . Ocean Reef was also great. We had booked with them at another place but it had unscheduled maintenance pop-up, ocean reef was quick to accommodate us at this Rental and gave us options. This was “the best vacation rental we’ve been to” my kids said! Thank you ocean reef!

Amazing little getaway

We absolutely Loved this place, it was beautiful the views were amazing!! It had plenty of room for us and the Master King size bed was very comfortable. I also loved the layout. The only issue was when the wind kicked in m, the front door would be difficult to close and it blew through the condo. It was an experience. I would highly recommend this place. The heated pool in November was awesome as well.

Amazing balcony & views all around
