Description

High above the shoreline on the 19th floor of Ariel Dunes I, this refreshed three-bedroom, three-bath condo surrounds up to nine guests with sweeping Gulf views, abundant sunlight, and a calm, contemporary coastal feel. The transformation is immediately apparent: soft neutral finishes, pale wood-look flooring, crisp white furnishings, and carefully chosen sea-inspired accents create a space that feels bright, polished, and wonderfully relaxed. Best of all, the oversized wraparound balcony opens the horizon wide, with brilliant turquoise water by day and glowing Gulf sunsets that turn the sky shades of coral, gold, and violet in the evening.

Inside Ariel Dunes I 1910, the open living area is designed to keep the scenery close. Comfortable seating gathers beside expansive windows and balcony doors, while the adjoining dining area offers plenty of room for lingering over seafood dinners, morning coffee, or a family game night. The updated kitchen pairs white cabinetry with dramatic black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing an inviting place to prepare everything from beach-day snacks to a full dinner. The Gulf-view Primary suite features a king bed, private balcony access, and a spacious ensuite with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. A serene queen guest room also enjoys a separate private balcony, while the third bedroom now has a fresh nautical look with two twin beds. Full-size laundry adds another welcome convenience for longer stays.

Step outside and the beach-view balcony becomes its own living space, with multiple seating areas for taking in the ever-changing view. Watch sunlight shimmer across the Gulf, look down over the Ariel Dunes I pools and resort grounds, or settle in as the sun melts toward the western horizon. Ariel Dunes I adds plenty of convenience to the stay with two large swimming pools, a fitness center, and Cabana Café just downstairs for casual meals, cocktails, and seasonal entertainment.

Beyond the building, the broader Seascape Resort offers even more ways to enjoy the day. The private beach is approximately a 2–3 minute walk away along the resort grounds and boardwalk, where you can settle into the sugar-white sand, grab a beachfront bite or drink at The Whale’s Tail, or head straight into the Gulf with seasonal watersport rentals available right on the beach. Golf, tennis, pickleball, dining, shopping, and entertainment are also available throughout the resort or nearby in Miramar Beach. Whether the day begins with coffee above the Gulf, moves to the sand, water, or pool, and ends with dinner close to home, Ariel Dunes I 1910 makes it easy to settle into the relaxed rhythm of the coast.

Nineteenth Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Two Twin Room, and Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

*Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Ariel Dunes I will undergo a roof replacement project beginning in mid-September and lasting approximately six to seven weeks. Guests may experience construction noise and temporary amenity or access impacts during this time. Rates have been discounted to reflect the potential inconvenience.

Our stay was incredible, we don’t want to leave that place. Just wake up in the morning and see the ocean on your balcony is a dream! Observation only, remember to bring extra toilet paper or paper towels, they just provide a couple but if you need more is on your own.

Perfect. We are so grateful for the memories made!

Our stay at this condo was a vacation to remember, the sunsets from the corner balcony were the perfect end to a long day at the beach. It’s a bit of a walk so if you plans to have a lot at the beach there are lots of spots closer to the beach if needed (morning hours especially) the kids enjoyed the heated pool and the ice cream down stairs was good too! Never had to leave really. The only thing is there’s not many convenience stores in walking distance but we knew that going in based on our own research . Ocean Reef was also great. We had booked with them at another place but it had unscheduled maintenance pop-up, ocean reef was quick to accommodate us at this Rental and gave us options. This was “the best vacation rental we’ve been to” my kids said! Thank you ocean reef!

Amazing little getaway

We absolutely Loved this place, it was beautiful the views were amazing!! It had plenty of room for us and the Master King size bed was very comfortable. I also loved the layout. The only issue was when the wind kicked in m, the front door would be difficult to close and it blew through the condo. It was an experience. I would highly recommend this place. The heated pool in November was awesome as well.
