The interior of this bright and breezy condo has been recently renovated and reimagined with coastal-chic style. The open living, dining, and kitchen area is anchored by driftwood-toned flooring and a wall of glass doors framing the shimmering blue horizon. Two plush sofas and a matching accent chair surround a flat-screen TV, all set against calming blue walls and anchored by tasteful nautical decor. Step onto the expansive balcony to enjoy al fresco dining or sip sunset cocktails while admiring the sweeping seascape stretching far into the southern sky.

The remodeled kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances, fresh white shaker-style cabinets, an attractive glass tile backsplash, and sleek quartz countertops. The Gulf-view primary suite is a restful retreat with a king-sized bed, direct balcony access, and a large flat-screen TV. *Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

The condo is amazing! We stayed for 5 days. Everything was just like the pictures! We fell in love with the view. The whole condo was beautiful and clean. We had the choice to check in early which was very appreciated but we left later than usual and the communication because of that was 100%. I will definitely book with Ocean Reef again.

It was clean, the view was immaculate, there are food optiond, convenient stores and grocery stores within walking distance. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the beach. I will definitely be back!

Ocean Reef Resorts' customary policy is no reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five. However, we understand extenuating circumstances may apply, please contact one of our reservationists for specific information.
