Ariel Dunes I is one of two luxury towers that provide an exceptionally urbane sophisticated vacation experience reminiscent of Miami Beach. However, here in Destin's Miramar Beach the towers are situated overlooking the luminescent glowing waters of the emerald-hued gulf. You are just an arrow's shot away from the 2,000 linear feet of the sugary shoreline where the Ariel Dunes I tower faces the glorious gulf with views.
When you approach the building down the palm-lined entry boulevard from a distance it appears to float magically above water since two giant swimming pools span across its base. These awesome pools provide 12,000 square feet of refreshing fun. A shallow "zero entry" at one end is great for kids since it also features a mushroom-shaped cascading waterfall for frolic. Casual poolside drinks and dining are conveniently available at the colorful Cabana Cafe on the first floor for favorite tropical drinks, fresh seafood, pizzas or burgers. It's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Grills are available nearby so you may enjoy cooking, drinking and dining poolside. A state of the art Fitness Center is available on site with a steam room, sauna, and spa with a wall of sunny windows in the workout room that overlooks the pool patio.
A breezy balcony off the open living area in Ariel Dunes I 2109 provides sweeping views of the spectacular scenery that extend as far as one can see into the sparkling southern horizon. A dining table with seating allows you to relish the vivid vistas while enjoying favorite tropical drinks. The living area is comfortably furnished with entertainment cabinetry, accent chairs, and a couch that converts into a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This, along with twin bunks tucked off the hallway, the Primary Bedroom and Guest Bedroom can accommodate up to eight fortunate guests. The decorative art throughout this top end residence is vibrantly colorful with delightful tropical flair. A farmhouse dining table near the open kitchen has four ladderback chairs and a bench for seating beneath a sleek shaded chandelier. More seating is available beside the richly mottled granite topped bar. The ample kitchen features stainless steel appliances for creating a fun family feast.
The Primary Bedroom includes a full luxury bath en suite with dual vanity sinks and a glass-walled walk-in shower. A king-sized bed sits beside sliding glass balcony doors looking out upon the Gulf. The handsome Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a sunny window, and access to a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination.
This fantastic location on Scenic Gulf Drive is close to popular beach front restaurants and bargain shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the nation's largest discount designer centers. Grocery stores and wine outlets are conveniently nearby. You may enjoy reduced rates for championship golf or tennis right next door at Seascape along with water recreation craft as an Ocean Reef Resorts guest. Fine restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals, and abundant amusements are also nearby close by at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.
**Please be advised that elevators 3 and 4 (east side) will undergo modernization from October 1, 2024, through March 1, 2025. During this period, only two elevators will be operational, which may result in longer wait times.
Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

It was clean, the view was immaculate, there are food optiond, convenient stores and grocery stores within walking distance. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the beach. I will definitely be back!

Is there a minimum age requirement to book, or minimum age for all guests?
Answer:
Ocean Reef Resorts' customary policy is no reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five. However, we understand extenuating circumstances may apply, please contact one of our reservationists for specific information.
