These swimming pools provide 12,000 square feet of sparkling refreshment for fun and frolic. Ariel Dunes is just a short stroll away from the crystalline sugar-white beach that spans 2,000 linear feet across the front of the resort. Within minutes you may go from swimming in the pools to luxuriating in emerald toned waters of the glittering Gulf. Casual poolside drinks and dining are conveniently available at the colorful Cabana Cafe off the lobby for favorite tropical cocktails, fresh seafood, pizzas or burgers. It's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Grills are also available nearby so that you may enjoy cooking, drinking, and dining poolside. A state of the art fitness center features a workout area with a wall of sunny windows that overlooks the pool patio.
Ariel Dunes I 2208 is a gracious two-bedroom vacation rental residence that has a bright, cheerful setting and can accommodate six happy beach-going guests. Decorative art throughout includes prints of seashells and beach scenes for tropical flair. The open living area dazzles guests with vivid ship-like views of the gleaming Gulf. A wall of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors frame the sensational scenery and lead out to an observation balcony that spans across from the living area to the Master Bedroom Suite. The upfront views are quite stunning since you have a Falcon's eye view (from the 22nd floor) of the sugary shoreline, glowing emerald toned Gulf, and the see-thru arch of the Majestic Sun, which resembles a giant sandcastle. A dove grey couch and two accent chairs are beside the sliding glass doors that face the glorious Gulf as well as a wall hung flatscreen TV. A round country table with four high-backed chairs for dining sits beside a granite bar with wooden stools for additional seating and a place to serve favorite drinks. The kitchen's gleaming stainless steel appliances and ample cabinetry inspire culinary delights.
The charming Master Bedroom has comfortable white cottage styled furnishings with a king-sized bed next to the balcony doors providing Gulf views and a full en suite bath. The Guest Bedroom also has cottage styled furnishings with a queen-sized bed, a sunny window, and access to a full hall bath.
This Miramar Beach locale places you near popular beachfront restaurants and friendly seaside bars along Scenic Gulf Drive. Besides the Cabana Café, the wonderfully laid back Whale's Tail and Royal Palm Grill are within easy walking distance. A championship golf course, professional tennis courts, and beach recreation rentals at Seascape provide Ocean Reef guests with complimentary reduced rates. You're only minutes away from grocery stores, wine bistros, and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the nation's largest discount designer centers. A wide array of great restaurants, rollicking bars, specialty shops, galleries, open-air concerts, and fun seasonal festivals are also just minutes away at Seascape, the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf, as well as stylish Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.
**Please be advised that elevators 3 and 4 (east side) will undergo modernization from October 1, 2024, through March 1, 2025. During this period, only two elevators will be operational, which may result in longer wait times.
Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
