All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Full Bunk and Twin Trundle + Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

This condo ranks at the top of our list and we have stayed in several condos in the Destin and miramar beach area. Love the decor, view, and ease of getting to the beach. We normally prefer being directly on the beach and was a bit nervous about being across the street but it was a super easy walk and had a perfect view of the pool and ocean. 10/10- recommend.

Nice unit - clean

We stayed 3 nights during spring break with our two children. The unit was clean and we enjoyed that it was carpet free. The beds were comfortable. We were able to easily do laundry when we needed to with new washer/dryer inside. The TVs were equipped with Roku and cable which the kids enjoyed. The unit is sound proof, and we did not hear outside noise. We will consider staying again in the future!

Great Condo, Great Location

Had a great stay at Aerial Dunes 1. This my 3rd time staying at Aerial Dunes 1 or 2 and my first time staying in this unit. I choose this unit because it has hard floors (not carpet) and because 3rd floor units have longer/bigger balconies. The unit was very clean, they left a lot of shower towels for us, I was happy to see they had a regular coffee maker and a K cup style one. The kitchen is stocked, the fridge clean and the washer dryer looked new. The beds were comfy and the TVs worked great. Loved the large table on the balcony and the sofa with a TV out there. As always it is super easy beach access and the pool is cleaned every morning. If you get the late night munchies, the pizza downstairs is great. Great food and fun just a short drive away on route 30A. I called the property mgmt team for a ques and quick to respond. Will stay here again!!!! LOVE IT!!

Perfect Condo

The management company Ocean Reef is the absolute best!! I have rented with other management companies, and Ocean Reef has been the best hands down! Welcoming, clean, and beautiful condo! We will definitely rent with them again! Maybe even the same condo we loved it so much! Only issue we had was the slowness of the elevators and 1 even completely out of service. More of a property issue. Definitely not condo related at all!

Yes - there is a private washer and dryer included. Don't forget your favorite laundry detergent!

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, a toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may want to pack additional disposable goods and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.
