This handsome three-bedroom Destin vacation rental is located in one of the luxury towers of Ariel Dunes. It features the architectural stellar design you might see in Miami Beach, but is located here off Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. The 2,000 linear feet of shimmering sugary shoreline is just a short distance away, but you don't even have to go that far to take a refreshing plunge. Two enormous swimming pools wrap around the base of Ariel Dunes providing 12,000 square feet of sparkling fun. A shallow "zero entry" at one end of the pool is great for kids since it also has a mushroom shaped waterfall that cascades down into the water below. You may enjoy tropical drinks and delicious dining poolside at the Cabana Café, which is conveniently located on the first floor. They serve favorite drinks, cold beer, tasty appetizers, fresh seafood, pizzas, sandwiches and burgers. A modern Fitness Center is also available on site.

Ariel Dunes I 401 has a special location on the southeast corner of this tower, which provides an abundant amount of light with views of the glittering gulf in the distance and the palm lined boulevard that serves as the formal entryway to this complex. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time on the breezy balcony that has sets of Adirondack rocking chairs for relaxation while enjoying the views. This balcony is conveniently accessible from the main open living area, the Master Bedroom Suite and one of the Guest Bedrooms. The main living area is handsomely appointed with comfortable furnishings that include a leather couch and two accent armchairs. Rich hardwood flooring provides a warm natural feel and the décor is decidedly upscale with a chic looking seascape theme throughout. Nearby is a formal dining table that sits beside a large sunny window with a wonderful eclectic grouping of six fashionably styled chairs and highlighted by a charming vintage shaded chandelier. The ample kitchen has a long galley type breakfast bar with a gorgeous dark granite countertop and stainless steel appliances, providing a perfect place to serve savory seafood horsdourves and drinks while entertaining.

The Master Bedroom includes a full private bath en suite that has double vanity sinks, a soaking tub and a separate glassed in shower. This room has a king size bed that sits beside a wall of sliding glass doors that provide views of the distant gulf and lead out to the balcony. One of the Guest Bedrooms is styled with a rustic beach look that includes a queen size bed. It also has a full private bath en suite and direct balcony access. The other Guest Bedroom is nautically attired with vibrant blues and creamy whites with a queen/twin bunk and a twin trundle bed. This room has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

Ariel Dunes's Miramar Beach location is close to popular gulf front restaurants, friendly beach bars, family amusements, bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets, area grocery stores and wine bistros.

*Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
