This beautifully furnished two-bedroom vacation rental at Ariel Dunes I can accommodate six excited gulf-going guests. Its premium position overlooks the palm-lined boulevard toward the glorious gulf offering glittering views of the jewel-toned waters. These sensational vistas are framed by sliding balcony glass doors in the open living area and master bedroom suite. A furnished balcony is accessible from each space to enjoy favorite drinks and snacks while relishing in the sensational seascape.

The open living room of Ariel Dunes I 904 features a rich brown leather couch and love seat beneath two photos of curling waves splashing down upon the white sugar beach. One couch conveniently converts into a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional bedding. This seating ensemble is centered around an extra-large flatscreen TV mounted above a white glass front credenza next to a lovely accent chair. A dark hardwood dining table nearby includes four ladderback chairs beside a unique paneled mirror that resembles a window. The bright open kitchen has cream-colored cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances to serve any culinary needs. A granite-topped bar with wide white saddle-topped stools invites you to enjoy some fun wining and dining.

The master bedroom has charming beach-washed hardwood furnishings with a king-sized bed below a wall with nautical oars. It faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a matching dresser for evening entertainment. Views of the glistening gulf are provided through the sliding glass balcony doors. The private ensuite luxury master bath includes white double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a glass-walled walk-in shower. The regal guest bedroom features dark ebony colored furnishings with a queen-sized bed, stylish contemporary lamps, a black and white patterned rug, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. This bedroom has access to a full hall bath with a tub shower combination that doubles as a convenient hallway powder room.

The Ariel Dunes I condo features abundant amenities! The shimmering crystalline shoreline spans 2,000 linear feet beside the jeweled gulf and is a short stroll away. A wide palm-lined promenade provides multiple convenient beach access points. Besides luxuriating in the gulf, two enormous swimming pools spread out around the tower's base providing 12,000 square feet of sparkling fun. The zero-entry shallow end of one pool has a giant mushroom sculpture with water that delightfully cascades down upon children at play. The vibrantly colorful Cabana Cafe beside the pool area serves cocktails, wine, beer, appetizers, sandwiches, and tasty meals. Community grills allow you to enjoy fun poolside cookouts and dining. A fully-equipped fitness center on-site includes a steam room and sauna. Seascape Resort includes a challenging championship golf course and pro tennis center available for play. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive free tennis and special reduced rates on golf, beach recreation craft, and fun adventures.

This outstanding Miramar Beach location on Scenic Gulf Drive places you minutes away from popular gulf front restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and bargain shopping at one of the nation's largest discount designer centers, known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Close to beach, pool, good restaurants

It’s a great place to stay!

We stayed for 5 nights for a vacation and the place was great! It’s in a gated area with an easy walk to the beach. The pool was the best part with a tiki area with snow cones. The ice cream truck came by many times. There’s also a restaurant downstairs with affordable entrees. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of towels to accommodate us. We would love to book again next time.

Perfect condo and amazing stay

This Unit was AMAZING!

This unit was better than the pictures, it was clean, well maintained, very cute beach decor, the furniture was nice and very comfortable. The mattress and pillows in the master bedroom made it very easy to feel like home and get a good nights sleep. The overall stay was such a wonderful trip. The pools were great! Me and my family really enjoyed staying in this unit! I would definitely recommend this unit to anybody looking to stay at Seascape resort!! 5/5

Perfection!

Book this unit! Not a single complaint! Location was convenient to everything. Unit was spotless (walked barefoot in the condo for the first time in my adult life and didn’t have a grain of sand on my feet!). Beds were comfortable, living room furniture appeared to be brand new. Balcony was huge, with comfortable furniture. The pool was spotless, grounds were spotless, plenty of parking, and communication with property manager was easy! We will be back!

The condos were very well kept and the view was beautiful. Only a very short walk to the private beach area. Lots of pools if you prefer. Really enjoyed our stay here. Lots to see and do in the area as well. I highly recommend Ocean Reef Vacation Rentals!

We love our fur babies at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, the Ariel Dunes Homeowners Association does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.

Is there parking for 2 vehicles?

Answer:

Ariel Dunes I 904 includes two prepaid parking passes located inside the unit upon arrival. If additional parking passes are needed, they can be purchased for a small fee.

Are we allowed to bring our own tents to set up on the beach?

Personal chairs, umbrellas, tents, and canopies are permitted on the beach. Please note that tents and canopies can be at most 10x10 in size and must be set up behind all beach chairs and umbrellas.

Are there beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent or complimentary?
