This spacious three-bedroom vacation rental in Ariel Dunes accommodates up to six fortunate guests. It has a premier, sought-after end unit placement with multiple windows and sliding glass doors in almost every room. An expansive balcony wraps around from the living area all the way over to the Primary Bedroom Suite. This balcony invites you to spend time relishing heavenly views while sipping on your favorite drinks and enjoying tasty snacks. The vistas include the gorgeous Gulf, the iconic Majestic Sun tower, which resembles a giant manmade sandcastle, a lovely coastal dune lake, and swimming pools down below.

The comfortably furnished and regally appointed open living area of Ariel Dunes I 910 faces these views through a set of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. A pale gray couch, two beautifully patterned accent chairs, and a club chair with a wide window behind them face a rich, handsome hardwood entertainment cabinet that houses a flatscreen TV along with shelves filled with seascape décor. A grand hardwood dining table sits beneath a vintage chandelier on the other side of this room, with six ladder-backed chairs and views of the distant Gulf from another wide set of windows. Three straw-woven tropical raised chairs sit beside a granite-topped bar to enjoy favorite refreshments. The open Gourmet Kitchen features gleaming stainless steel appliances and ample custom cabinetry for all your culinary delights.

The Primary Bedroom Suite hosts a splendid king-sized bed with a rich sway-backed frame that sits beside two sets of sliding glass doors that provide balcony access and gorgeous Gulf views. A Flat-screen TV on a granite-topped dresser provides nighttime viewing pleasure. The luxury en suite bath features double vanity sinks, a deep soaking tub, and an adjacent glass-walled shower. An enchanting Guest Bedroom with its own en suite bath has comfortable cottage-style furnishings with a queen-sized bed and direct balcony access. The third Guest Bedroom features an additional queen-sized bed with access to a full hall bath that may serve as a convenient powder room.

Ariel Dunes I provides an urbane, sophisticated setting right off Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach. It is crowned with columned porticoes that resemble classical temples, which are dramatically illuminated at night. A beach palm-lined boulevard leads to the shimmering shoreline that spans 2,000 linear feet beside the dazzling Gulf, with a long beach boardwalk providing multiple access points. Two sparkling swimming pools span across the entire base of the Ariel Dunes I tower and encompass an amazing 12,000 square feet of freshwater fun. A shallow entry is great for kids who also enjoy a big mushroom sculpture with a cascading waterfall. Casual poolside drinks and dining are available at the Cabana Cafe on the first floor, while grills are available nearby to enjoy family cookouts. A fitness center on-site overlooks the pool. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special reduced rates for golf, tennis, and water recreation.

This Miramar Beach location is near popular Gulf-front restaurants with friendly beach bars, grocery stores, wine outlets, and the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets designer discount center. Fine restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, fun festivals, and concerts are also minutes away at the magical Village of Baytowne Wharf and swank Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Ninth Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

*Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Amazing!

Ocean Reef continues to set the bar for vacation goes. We have used them exclusively for going on a decade. Amazing staff, great instructions, communications, transparency, amazing prices & locations of their units. The units are always in great, extremely clean conditions. The staff is friendly and available to answer questions at ease. I could not recommend them more. They even send you a confirmation video that explains what items are provided for your trip as well as what items you should consider bringing on your trip. Highly recommended, especially if you want a seamless booking, check in & check out process.

Everything in the condo was clean and inviting. No issues when arriving.

The Ariel Dunes I unit 910 was fantastic. The unit was very well stocked, had everything we needed, bright and airy, and the unit was spacious and comfortable and well furnished. The Ocean Reef staff was pleasant to work with….microwave went out and they brought a portable one within hours. The front toilet was not flushing well and they were there quickly to repair and any questions we had they either had the answer or got back with us quickly. I have used Ocean Reef for 5 years and will continue to do so!

We love our fur babies at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, the Ariel Dunes Homeowners Association does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.

Is there a washer and dryer available in the unit?

Though we do not want you to think about chores while on vacation, yes, there is a private washer and dryer included. Don't forget your favorite laundry detergent!

Is complimentary beach service offered with this unit?

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. See you soon!

Is there a regular coffee maker in the unit or is there a keurig?

Is there a hot tub anywhere?

Ariel Dunes, located on Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, has access to 7 community pools throughout the resort but does not have access to a hot tub. If you desire a property with hot tub access, please give us a call. We'd love to help find you the perfect vacation rental!
