This two-level Destin penthouse with one bedroom, a lofted bonus room, and a large walkout terrace balcony provides the perfect setting in Miramar Beach for six beach-seeking guests. This upscale condo at Ariel Dunes I features a majestic arched palladium top window that frames spectacular views of the gulf. The upper-level terrace with comfortable upscale furnishings provides an excellent observation area to enjoy favorite drinks while experiencing the sensational views of Seascape Resort.

The open living, dining, and kitchen area of Ariel Dunes I Penthouse 2403 faces a wall of windows with glass doors that lead to the furnished gulf view balcony. This is the perfect place to enjoy favorite drinks with snacks while relishing in the stunning vistas. Extra-wide porcelain tile flooring, a soaring two-story ceiling, and the vast window wall provide a bright, crisp look. A soft gray couch converts into a queen-sized sleeper sofa, while a sleek accent chair and oval cocktail table face a cream-colored credenza below a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Four molasses-toned saddle-topped stools beside a mottled granite bar with rich tile siding are provided for wining and dining. The entirely open kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances and rich custom cabinetry ready to fulfill any culinary needs.

The master bedroom on the lower level includes a cathedral ceiling, a king-sized bed with an ornate hand-carved headboard, and regal attire. The ensuite bath, which also serves as an accessible powder room, includes a tub shower combination and a stacked washer and dryer for added convenience. An open honey-toned spiral staircase sweeps up to an open loft with vibrant artwork. It has incredible views of the glorious gulf from the two-story wall of windows in the living room below. Guests will enjoy a cozy queen-sized bed, an attached powder room, and balcony access to a rooftop terrace with north-facing views overlooking Seascape Golf Course.

Ariel Dunes I features incredible amenities! The shimmering white beach spans 2,000 linear feet beside the jeweled gulf and is a short stroll away. A wide palm-lined promenade provides multiple beach access points. Besides luxuriating in the gulf, two huge swimming pools spread across the tower’s base, providing 12,000 square feet of sparkling frolic. The easy entry shallow end of one pool has a giant mushroom sculpture with water that delightfully cascades down upon children at play. The colorful Cabana Cafe beside the pool area features live music, cocktails, wine, beer, appetizers, sandwiches, and tasty meals. A nearby grilling area allows you to enjoy poolside cookouts and dining. A well-equipped fitness center on-site includes a steam room and sauna. The adjoining Seascape Resort includes a challenging championship golf course and a pro tennis center where Ocean Reef guests can enjoy special reduced rates.

This outstanding Miramar Beach location places you minutes away from popular gulf front restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and bargain shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the nation’s largest designer discount centers. Delightful amusements, drinking, dining, and shopping establishments are also nearby at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Twenty-Fourth Floor:

First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen with Eat-In Bar, King Master Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo and Laundry.

Second Level: Queen Loft, Powder Room, Terrace Balcony.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Still dreaming of the views

This was our first time staying here and the view from the loft was amazing! It was like waking up on a cruise ship every morning. The spiral staircase is a little noisy so anyone sleeping on the pullout sofa may get woken up but other than that it was great. Easy access to the beach with plenty of showers to rinse off before heading to the pool. We will gladly return.

Excellent View

I highly recommend this place. I visited with my family kids from different ages. Also the view is breath taken. We love this place so much. The place is clean, nice comfy beds, and also the check in is super easy you don't even have to check in the lobby. Everything is provided for you they send you check in email.
