Description

This one-bedroom vacation rental has a casual coastal styling and can sleep up to six carefree beachgoers. It is located in the residential resort tower of Ariel Dunes II, which features abundant amenities and is just a short stroll away from the sugary white beach.

Ariel Dunes II 1206 has a premier location facing towards the southwest, which offers guests spectacular views of the sunsets almost year-round. A balcony off the open living area provides front-row box seat views that overlook the sensational scenery that includes the glittering Gulf, the crystalline beach, and a coastal dune lake that borders a golf course fairway. You'll find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here enjoying the panoramic vistas while sipping upon favorite drinks!

These same views can be seen from within thanks to a quadruple panel set of sliding glass doors. The open living area has a cream-colored couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa with twin ottomans and an elegant matching armchair. Besides the Gulf views, they face a flatscreen TV that sits above a beach-inspired pale blue wicker cabinet. An intimate table with two chairs sits beside the sliding glass doors for card games and extra dining space. Beach washed hardwood tile flooring throughout provides a coastal look. Decorative art includes a sea painting and other coastal pieces. A richly mottled granite-topped bar done with marzipan tones and chocolate colors has four raised beach washed hardwood chairs with elegant metal frames for drinks or dining. The kitchen has white appliances warmly accented by blonde hardwood cabinetry.

The charming Master Bedroom has a regal yet cottage styled look with a tray ceiling, a sunny window, and a king-sized bed with a rustic headboard. The full en suite bath includes two separate vanities and a tub shower combination. Another half bath serves as a powder room near a twin bunk nestled nearby beside the hallway.

At Ariel Dunes II, three large swimming pools wrap around its base beside the coastal dune lake, which provides heavenly views of the water and a lovely forested setting that borders the lushly landscaped Seascape Resort championship golf course. These pools sit side by side and encompass a total of 11,000 square feet. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive complimentary reduced rates for golf and tennis right across the lovely lake. When not at the pools, you may luxuriate in glowing jewel toned Gulf and enjoy lounging on the shimmering shoreline, which spans 2,000 linear feet across. Water recreational rentals there are also offered to Ocean Reef guests at special rates.

This fabulous Miramar Beach location is close to beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, wine outlets, and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. A wide variety of restaurants, friendly bars, specialty stores, fun festivals, seasonal fireworks, outdoor concerts, and family amusements are minutes away at the swank Sandestin town center of Grand Boulevard along with the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Powder Room, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Best family trip yet!!

This condo was beyond my expectations! We stayed with our four kids and even they loved the condo and all the extras of the pool and basketball court. We are looking forward to staying again. The walk to the beach is easy by just crossing the bridge which is a nice peaceful walk! The beach is absolutely beautiful, water was like something I have never seen before. I highly recommend eating at the Cabana Cafe in Ariel Dunes l, it was so good. The kids loved the pools and the zero entry pool is so helpful with a toddler. The televisions in each bunk were perfect for our kids and they were able to watch what they wanted separately! Looking forward to renting this condo again!

Forever Chasing Sunsets In Destin!

My trip to Destin, FL couldn't have been more enjoyable and comfortable thanks to my stay at this beautiful vacation condo located in Ariel Dunes II. The condo was so clean as well as the beds were freshly made and comfortable. I'm 5'11 and had plenty of room to lay in the bunk beds (I love the bunks because they are so cozy and each have a TV with a roku remote. perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach) I could see the sunset from the balcony and it has to be the most breathtaking view I've ever seen. I had a lovely weekend and can't wait to come back and book again.

Best vacation ever!!!!

The condo was beautiful. I felt like I was home. Everything is so warm and inviting. All the beds were extremely comfortable. We were a group of 5 and had plenty of room. Loved having our own TVs on the bunk beds . The balcony is by far my favorite part. The view is beautiful and so peaceful. We loved the short walk across the bridge to the beach. The sand is pure white and the water is clear. Most beautiful beach we’ve ever been. We had a great time in all the pools. It was really hard to leave. We wanted to stay forever.
