Ariel Dunes II 1410 is a splendid three bedroom vacation rental that is spacious and unique due to its corner placement in the tower. Sensational views span the scenery from the southwest all the way over towards the northwest which gives you a "front row, center seat" to experiencing spectacular sunsets all year long. The golden orb sets right into the glorious gulf during the winter months but moves northward to sink over the bay during the summer. Balconies span nearly all sides of this scenery with access off the main living area, Primary Bedroom Suite, and one of the guest suites. Besides the amazing sunsets, the views of the landscaped surroundings below includes the Seascape golf course, a coastal dune lake, the Majestic Sun, and the glistening gulf in the distance. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here enjoying the breezy air and sipping on your favorite tropical drinks.

The interiors of this attractive three bedroom property are coastal elegant and comfortable at the same time. It has all the comforts of home including flat screen TVs in every room. In the living room, creamy white leather couches face handsome custom cabinetry for the TV and the sliding glass doors that frame the outdoor scenery. They provide direct access to the beautiful balcony. Six intricately carved chairs create a sense of elegance around the circular dining table. The open kitchen has a sleek white quartz countertop that doubles as a bar with four raised chairs and brushed stainless steel appliances for culinary delights.

The Primary Bedroom with a full luxury bath en suite has views of the gulf and direct access to the romantic balcony. A king sized bed shares these same views and the room has nautical decor. One of the guest bedrooms with a charming king sized bed has a calming ambiance with light grey interiors and sunny windows. It also has a full bath en suite and balcony access overlooking Seascape Resort. The other guest room is perfect for the kids since there are two sets of bunk beds. This room has access to a full hall bath that also serves as a convenient powder room.

Ariel Dunes II has two giant swimming pools that wrap around its base. This provides a world of refreshing fun along with the 2,000 linear feet of crystal white sand beach that is a short stroll away. A state of the arts Fitness Center with a steam room sauna is also on site.

This grand location in Miramar Beach places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, championship golf and tennis right next door at Seascape and discount shopping at Silver Sands. Additional fine restaurants, friendly bars, specialty boutiques, free musical concerts and seasonal festivals are close by at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. However you may have a hard time leaving these beautiful balcony views.

All One Level: Living Room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks and Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

*Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Loved the Ariel Dunes!!!

This condo was spacious and clean! There are plenty of sleeping options for a group. We had a girls weekend and all had plenty of room for luggage. Three bathrooms was so convenient for all of us getting ready. The living area was big with lots of furniture. The balcony was large and overlooking a great view of the lake and the beach across the road. The Whale’s Tail restaurant on the beach was yummy and convenient with delicious drinks! There were also three pools in front of the condo that we enjoyed one evening after the beach. The host was sending texts throughout the check in and check out day. There was a link sent with all of the codes and help with directions which made everything easy!

Awesome property

Great view!

We loved Aerial Dunes II suite 1410. Pics that are posted are exactly what you get. Was well stocked with everything you need except for an electric kettle for us Canadians who like hot tea. Boiled water on the stove. Elevators were fast. They have shopping carts available to bring up your groceries. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to go back this winter!

Answer:

Ariel Dunes II is not on the beach, but it is just across the street with phenomenal gulf views. The complex is only a 3-4 minute walk away from the white sandy shore.
