Inside Ariel Duens II 1610, the freshly updated living area radiates relaxed sophistication, with a soft neutral color palette, plush seating, and walls of windows that let the view steal the show. A brand-new sectional anchors the space, offering a cozy perch for movie nights or afternoon lounging, while large sliding glass doors open to the main balcony where sea breezes and sweeping panoramas await. The adjacent dining area features a rustic-chic table set beneath a modern fixture—perfect for Gulf-view dinners and late-night card games. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and a bar that’s made for serving up beach snacks or evening drinks.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

*Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

This was the most beautiful place and area to stay if you looking for great restaurants and great views. Everything clean and well put in place. I am looking to stay at Ocean Reef every stay when I come to Destin.

The unit is spacious and well laid out. There was plenty of room for everyone and all of our stuff. The property has wonderful amenities and is located close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. We will definitely be back.

I was a little leery of staying in a unit that had no reviews, but the place was great.

The master bedroom furniture is a little older and the headboard would hit the wall every time you got in bed, but the bed itself was comfy. The place was nicely decorated, had decent kitchen amenities and comfortable furniture. There was plenty of seating/room for the 8 of us without ever feeling cramped. This is the second time staying at Ariel Dunes II through Ocean Reef and both experiences were wonderful. Any minor issues we had were addressed very quickly.
