It is located at Ariel Dunes II, which is the urbane fraternal twin of the Ariel Dunes I tower; however, this one faces out towards the southwest. It provides a perfect spot to experience spectacular sunsets from balconies, and this place takes full advantage of this premier position. The balcony spans its width from the open living area over to the Master Suite with direct access from each. You will find yourself wanting to spend lots of time here relishing the heavenly scenery while enjoying favorite drinks. The precious panorama includes the gleaming gulf, the bright white beach, the Majestic Sun tower, which resembles a giant sandcastle, a lovely coastal dune lake bordering a golf course, and swimming pools down below.   

In Ariel Dunes II 1802, comfortable furnishings are highlighted by beach-inspired and nautical décor throughout, providing an inviting carefree atmosphere. Three raised stylish decorative metal-backed café chairs near the open kitchen bar provide additional space for wonderful wining and dining. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and blonde hardwood cabinetry richly accented by mottled granite countertops. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the hallway off the kitchen to help keep your beach gear fresh for a new day!

The Master Bedroom Suite has handsomely carved furnishings which include a large dresser, and a king-sized bed framed with a tufted leather headboard beside the glass balcony doors. There is also an adjustable electric desk and stool for those who insist on working while on vacation. A private bath features double vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass-walled shower. One Guest Bedroom includes contemporary furnishings with another king-sized bed and a sunny window. A Bunk Room tucked off the hallway includes twin beds encased within a unique painted faux shoreline setting. A full hall bath serves them both.

Ariel Dunes II features abundant amenities, including 2,000 linear feet of shimmering shoreline, which is a short stroll away using a pedestrian bridge that crosses the lovely lake. Three swimming pools wrap around this tower's base, which encompasses 11,000 square feet of sparkling fun. A full fitness center overlooks the pools. The expansive pool patio overlooks the tropical scenery, the tranquil coastal dune lake, and the lovely forested setting of the adjoining Seascape Resort golf course. This championship course and a pro tennis club are open for public play with special discounts provided to Ocean Reef Resort guests.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
