Ariel Dunes II 509 in Destin's Miramar Beach

Description

This two-bedroom vacation rental residence can accommodate up to eight happy beach-going guests. It is located in the sophisticated Ariel Dunes II luxury residential tower at the Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach. This highly-sought-after tower features a southwesterly exposure, which allows guests to experience sensational sunset vistas out over the gulf in the distance. A lovely coastal dune lake and a series of swimming pools may also be seen down below. A nicely furnished balcony features a hanging swing, a table with chairs, and four white Adirondack Chairs inviting you to enjoy the panoramic views first hand. It spans across from the open living area to the Master Suite with direct access from each. You may find yourself spending a lot of time here overlooking the seascape while enjoying your favorite drinks, appetizers, or dining alfresco.

The main open living area of Ariel Dunes II 509 has a bright warm ambiance with creamy white furnishings and soft latte colored walls. The comfortable seating ensemble includes the couch that can double as the sleeper sofa, two armchairs, a fashionable grayish-blue Vintage Modern accent chair facing a huge flatscreen TV mounted above a white credenza. Nearby a white-washed beach-inspired dining table with six matching chairs sits beneath a charming beaded chandelier. The open kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances, cream-colored custom cabinetry, a gleaming black granite-topped bar, and two sleek white raised chairs beside it for entertaining.

The Primary Bedroom includes a king-sized bed beside the sliding glass doors to the balcony, which frames the distant gulf view. White cottage styled furnishings are done with a nautical motif and a set of oars above the bed. A flatscreen TV is mounted above a white dresser for evening viewing pleasure. The ensuite bath includes double vanities, a glass-walled shower, and a soaking tub next to a lovely painting of fish. The Guest Bedroom continues the subtle nautical look with blue and white colors along with a painting of a schooner. It also has a king-sized bed, a sunny window, and access to the full hall bath near the Bunk Nook. Both the Guest Bedroom and Bunk Nook feature their own flatscreen TVs.

Ariel Dunes II features three large swimming pools encompassing 11,000 square feet that wrap around its base beside the lovely lake and forested Seascape Resort championship golf course. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive complimentary reduced rates for golf, tennis, and water recreational rentals on site. A state of the art Fitness Center with dressing areas, showers, and a steam room overlooks the pools. When not enjoying the pools, you may luxuriate in the jeweled gulf since 2,000 linear feet of beautiful beach is just a short stroll away.

This fantastic Miramar Beach location is near shoreline restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive, grocery stores, wine shops, and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the nation's largest discount designer centers. Lots of restaurants, lively bars, upscale retail shops, fun festivals, seasonal fireworks, and outdoor concerts are minutes away at the swank Sandestin town center of Sandestin of Grand Boulevard, along with the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

What a great golf trip!

I just returned from a wonderful trip with friends. This unit was in a word, awesome. We were shocked at how much space we had and we felt liked we walked into a beach magazine photo due to the beachy decor. We had a very short walk to an amazing beach as well as many restaurants and bars. PS, due to our golf schedule, we did not have time to use the pools but they looked soooo inviting.

Great Place!

This was a great place to stay for my first trip to the Destin area. The property is located in near walking distance to the beach and is conveniently located near all the restaurants, bars, entertainment & golf in the area! The unit was clean and updated and perfect for a group of four golfers. The view from the back porch of the unit was great looking over the pool complex with views of the lagoon and ocean in the near distance. I’m looking forward to staying here during my next trip to the area!
