From your private, furnished balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning vantage point over Miramar Beach, with vivid sunsets and vistas of the emerald-hued water just 200 yards away. With a king-sized Primary suite, a guest room with a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this coastal haven is well-suited for families or couples looking to relax and reconnect.

Inside Ariel Dunes II 707, the open-concept living area blends casual coastal charm with updated finishes. A large sectional sofa and comfortable chairs surround a flat-screen TV, while sliding glass doors frame spectacular views and fill the space with natural light. The dining area features a handsome wood table with seating for six, ideal for meals shared after a day at the beach. Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wraparound breakfast bar with stool seating for casual bites or morning coffee.

The serene Primary Suite includes a king-sized bed, direct balcony access, and an en suite bath with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and easy access to the shared full bath with a tub/shower combo. A washer and dryer are conveniently tucked away for sandy towels or extended stays.

Just a short 3–4 minute stroll places your feet in the sand, where beach service, paddleboard rentals, and wave runners are all available for rent. After a sun-soaked afternoon, grab a table at Whale’s Tail Beach Bar & Grill, the area's quintessential beachfront hangout—perfect for a cold drink and fresh seafood with your toes in the sand. Seventh Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Room and Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Beautiful escape

It was an amazing stay! The sunsets were gorgeous, the water was clear, the condo felt like home. It was a great time. The walk was like 5 minutes to the beach, but with others it isn't that long. Well be coming back!

Ariel Dunes II is an incredible Miramar Beach condominium with outstanding amenities and gulf views. It is less than a four-minute walk from the extensive public beach access directly across the street.
