Within minutes you may go from taking a fresh water dip in one of the pools to floating around in the emerald hued gulf. A fully remodeled state of the arts fitness center with a steam room and sauna are also on site.

Ariel Dunes II 802 features awesome balcony views overlooking the sensational scenery towards the south and southwest, giving you a preferred seat to experience spectacular sunsets. This is especially true when the sun drops down into the gulf from fall thru early springtime. The balcony views this scenery with access off the main living area and Master Bedroom Suite. Besides the amazing sunsets, the views of the landscaped surroundings below include the Seascape golf course, an exotic coastal dune lake, the sandcastle like Majestic Sun and the glistening gulf. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here visiting with family and friends. It's a favorite spot to relax sipping tropical drinks and munching on tasty snacks while relishing the panoramic views.

Inside, the elegant main living area has sliding glass doors that frame the watery scenery and lead out to the balcony. A rich leather couch and love seat face these views as well as a flat screen TV that is placed on a unique easel ladder sided table. Silk palms and artful décor gives it a delightful tropical theme. A glass-topped dining table has 6 metal chairs with sculpted pineapple backs. They match 3 raised seats at the sleek black granite bar that faces the open kitchen.

The Master Bedroom has a full bath en suite, a handsome king size bed with a richly carved wooden frame and access to the breezy balcony. The lovely Guest Room has twin beds and access to a full hall bathroom. Both rooms have flat screen TVs for evening entertainment. A Bunk Room off the hallway includes two twin beds that are well suited for kids.

This excellent Miramar Beach location places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, championship golf and tennis at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special rates and discount shopping at Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer outlet mall. Fine restaurants, lively bars, specialty stores, free concerts and seasonal festivities are close by at Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
