Welcome to Ariel Dunes II 809! Nestled at over 80 feet in the sky, this beautiful two-bedroom condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Seascape Resort from every window. As you enter this dreamy beach retreat, you'll be greeted by a sense of openness and airiness that will take your breath away.

The fit and finish of the interior is perfectly beachy, with bright and white colors and patterns that create a calming and relaxing atmosphere throughout. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space, making it the perfect place to prepare a gourmet meal or enjoy a quick breakfast before heading out to the beach.

From the kitchen, you'll be able to gaze out over the dining room, living room, balcony, lake, and onto the beach below. It's a breathtaking sight that you won't want to miss. The living room features comfortable seating where you can unwind and relax while enjoying the beautiful views. A queen-sized sleeper sofa is also provided for additional bedding if needed.

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find two luxurious bedrooms waiting for you. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, access to the balcony, and a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed, access to a shared shower and tub, and bright white furniture. Along the hallway, you'll even find a bonus room with twin bunks for the kids to enjoy!

Ariel Dunes II has no shortage of amenities, making it the perfect place to enjoy a fun-filled vacation. With 2,000 feet of beach just steps away, you'll find palm tree-lined streets and walkways that beckon you to explore. Take a dip in one of two massive pools, one of which has a zero-entry shallow end that mimics the beach, or lounge around the giant sprinkling fountain.

If you're looking to grab a bite to eat, head on over to the Cabana Café, the beach bar/restaurant located on-site. Stay fit and active with the fully equipped fitness center, or grill up some delicious food on one of the BBQ grills dotted throughout the massive patio. You'll also have access to a steam room and sauna, golf, tennis, shuffleboard, and so much more. *Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Really nice stay in Destin

It was our first family vacation staying in an Ocean Reef property, but won't be our last. We appreciated how we’re able to make our own food. The unit was clean. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The place was spacious. I like that we’re able to do laundry & didn’t have to bring back a lot of dirty clothes home. It was quite a walk to the beach though. Overall it was great!

Loved our stay

We only had one issue that needed attention in the condo and they responded very quickly to the problem and fixed it.

I should also mention it was a very minor problem. The space was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was a great amenity and clean as well. The security staff was very accommodating and patient with the guest. Easy walk to the beach! We've had issues finding clean and kept up properties and were extremely satisfied and we will for sure book through Ocean Reef again.

Will we have access to pool/beach/bathrooms before we are able to check in to the actual condo?

Answer:

Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm CST. All onsite amenities require wristbands, which are located inside the unit and won't be available until after check-in. You are, however, welcome to park at the public beach access across the street and utilize the beach until the property is ready. See you soon!
