This hospitable vacation home is located in an exclusive enclave that is just off the beaten path and yet in the heart of everything Destin's Emerald Coast has to offer. Avalon itself is a lovely residential community that is exciting in multiple ways. It offers the sought after convenience of an excellent location near the emerald toned waters of the gulf as well as the pleasure to have the experience of residing in the private ambiance of such a privileged retreat. This upscale residential community has a large lagoon shaped neighborhood swimming pool with an expansive paver tiled sun deck adorned with palm trees. Two tennis courts center the pool and are available to fortunate residents within the community.

Avalon is a gracious 3200+ square foot vacation home with its own private freshwater pool and a fun kiddie pool attached. There is even a new playground for the kids with a fort, slide and swing set. You are also just a short stroll away from the gated beach access where you may luxuriate in the luminescent gulf. This home can sleep up to 19 happy guests since besides the four accommodating bedrooms it also has multiple queen size sleeper sofas and bunks. The main living area is cheerful and bright with colors ranging from creams to sunny yellow to royal blues. White tiled flooring and double French doors look out onto the pool patio accentuating the spaciousness of this room. A wide is provided for evening entertainment. A warm maple topped table has ten wooden chairs for dining with five matching raised chairs nearby next to white counter bar where drinks and savory snacks may be served. The open kitchen has everything you need to create a fun family meal. A half bath off the kitchen also serves as a convenient powder room.

Three of the wonderful Guest Bedrooms are on the first floor and can easily accommodate parents with kids since two come with a king size bed and a twin bunk. The other is a Kid's Bunk Room with a twin over full bunk bed in addition to a twin over twin bunk bed. They have access to a full shared or private bathroom and even the pool since the patio wraps around the back of the house. Upstairs is a luxurious separate suite since it encompasses a comfortably furnished den with a Wet Bar, an intimate table for two and a flat screen TV. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a full private bath en suite and doors to its own romantic balcony that looks down upon the pool below.

This tremendous location is close to an abundant choice of delightful diversions. Championship golf and tennis are nearby at Seascape where Ocean Reef guests receive special discounts. Favorite restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive are located right on the white sand beach and provide delightful dining experiences. They include The Surf Hut, The Whales Tail, Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, The Crap Trap, 790 on the Gulf and The Beachwalk Cafe. Silver Sands, the nation's largest Discount Designer Outlet and the popular shopping village of Destin Commons are also nearby. Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin are also minutes away with restaurants, bars, boutiques, seasonal festivals and free concerts.
