It is a simple home at the very end of a sandy shell road overlooking the beautiful beach and exudes a gracious subtle charm that warms one's heart.  The creamy white exteriors of this classic beach cottage blend in seamlessly with the sugary white shore that is just a stone's throw away. The views out toward the southwest across the jeweled emerald green waters of the glittering gulf are quite stunning. It shares this very prestigious location with its neighbors Hidden Dunes and Sandestin toward the east. You may stroll down the beach in this direction past these resorts over to Topsail Hill State Park with miles of uncrowded remote beaches bordered by towering dunes. The main living area is a bright open room that has a wall of sliding glass doors that also provide direct access to the veranda. A couch draped with white tropically styled slipcovers and two straw woven stylish vintage-modern accent chairs offer a comfortably inviting seating ensemble. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV provides entertainment. The other side of this room has a wide-open eat-in kitchen brightened by two windows. A white rectangular table with eight dark vintage modern chairs centers this part of the room while sleek white lower cabinetry wraps around three sides. Brushed stainless steel appliances give you everything you need to create a fun family meal.

The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed beside glass doors that lead directly out onto the beach deck and a full window providing views of the sensational seascape. It also has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. One of the Guest Bedrooms with twin beds also shares these heavenly views and shares a full hall bath with a guest room with two twin bunks.

This exceptional location seems a world away from everything but is in the very heart of everything Destin's Miramar Beach has to offer. It's minutes away from area grocery stores, wine outlets, popular gulf front restaurants, and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. An abundant array of restaurants, bars, specialty stores, fashion boutiques, open-air concerts, fun festivals, and exciting seasonal firework displays are also nearby at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.
