The Lake Causeway Beach Access is just a short stroll down Scenic 30A, but fortunate guests don't have to travel far for some fun in the sun! A sparkling lagoon-style swimming pool with spurting water geysers provides refreshing fun around a nice sun patio which overlooks a lovely lagoon. The patio is adorned with tropical palm trees, and a fountain in the lagoon is lighted at night, providing a magical effect. A bubbling hot tub, stainless steel grills, and convenient restroom facilities are also nearby. After a fun family BBQ, a covered poolside veranda includes a dining table and an outdoor wall-mounted flatscreen TV for that must-see game. Azure 30A is a two-story low-rise condo complex with only twenty residences on the tropically landscaped grounds. Each unit is a single level with three bedrooms for eight beach-going guests.

Azure 30A 2-103 is conveniently located on the first floor. The well-lit living area faces a ground-floor patio with sliding glass doors and a window providing lagoon views. The columned porch includes a square glass-topped table with four comfortable chairs to enjoy drinks and dining al fresco. Inside, the living room has a creamy white couch flanked by two white armchairs draped with tropical slip covers circling a stylish cocktail table. They face a large flatscreen TV for entertainment that sits above a decorative white regal side table. The tropically inspired dining area features four straw-woven chairs around a white pedestal-based round table next to a seascape painting. The bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances and four large white square-topped bar stools beside a quartz countertop for additional wining and dining.

The beautiful primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a brown hardwood plank headboard facing a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for nighttime viewing pleasure. This suite also has a glass door providing direct patio access and a private bath with a walk-in shower adorned with white marble tile. A guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a light hardwood beach-washed headboard that faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a sunny window. The other guest quarter is a bunk room with four white twin beds. Each guest bedroom utilizes a full hall bath with a tub shower combination which doubles as a powder room.

This outstanding location in Dune Allen Beach is only minutes from restaurants with friendly bars, grocery stores, and shopping adventures. The renowned Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place is less than a two-minute car ride away. It features restaurants with casual bars, a coffee shop, boutiques, specialty shops, and galleries. An amphitheater lined with palms hosts outdoor concerts, art shows, and fun festivals. The neighboring Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is known for live music, stunning gulf views, coastal cuisine, and genuine southern hospitality. Also close by is the popular Vue on 30A and Stinky's Fish Camp restaurants. Vue on 30A serves Caribbean-styled seafood with a gulf coast flair and has heavenly dune-top views of the gulf. The whimsically named Stinky's Fish Camp serves phenomenal gulf-caught, a variety of oysters, and delicious craft beer and wine. It will for sure have you coming back for more!
